AGROCOM is also the Indian associate for AL-KO Kober, Germany (gardening machines); Yagmur, Turkey (power weeders and walking tractors); and Caravaggi srl, Italy (agricultural shredders).Job Description:Role SummaryThe Digital Marketing Manager will lead and execute the organization&rsquo;s digital strategy across performance marketing, content, analytics, and brand visibility. The role involves planning and implementing campaigns across digital platforms to drive traffic, conversions, customer engagement, and brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns to drive brand awareness and product sales.</li><li>Maintain and update e-commerce websites and manage sales on various online platforms.</li><li>Handle all customer communications, including calls, emails, and messages.</li><li>Proactively approach potential customers through cold calling to generate leads and increase sales.</li><li>Develop advertising strategies and creative content for social media and e-commerce platforms to attract customers.</li><li>Maintain and update sales records, monitor sales performance, and report on key metrics.</li><li>Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.</li><li>Attend customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.</li><li>Manage backend operations, including order processing, tracking, and sales coordination.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years in digital and social media marketing, with a focus on e-commerce sales and customer communication.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in English, Hindi and Bengali.</li><li>Experience in advertising and creating marketing content.</li><li>Proficient in maintaining sales data and conducting market research.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;13,172.42 - &#8377;44,616.70 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid sick time</li></ul>Work Location: In person
