The Role:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Lead full-cycle hiring for mid-level roles across diverse functions. Analyze opportunity documents and organizational structures to design targeted hiring strategies.</p></li><li><div>
Ensure timely, high-quality closures that align with evolving business needs.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to align on hiring priorities, pipeline health, and timelines.</div></li><li><div>
Build robust talent pipelines through a multi-channel approach: LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Engage passive candidates using personalized, high-conversion outreach strategies.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Facilitate structured interviews and capability benchmarking to ensure quality hires. Manage offer negotiations and closures with a focus on speed and candidate experience.</div></li><li><div>
Track candidate journeys and maintain a seamless, engaging experience throughout the hiring process.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Maintain hiring dashboards and weekly metrics, including TATs, funnel conversions, sourcing mix, and offer-drop trends.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Co-create compelling candidate-facing content&mdash;job descriptions, emailers, and pitch notes&mdash;that reflect AgroStar&rsquo;s employer value proposition.</div></li><li><p>
Represent AgroStar as a culture-first brand in every candidate interaction.</p></li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>
MBA or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources or a related field.</p></li><li><div>
1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR projects, preferably in high-growth or tech-driven environments.</div></li><li><div>
Proven sourcing expertise with hands-on experience using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and IIMJobs.</div></li><li><div>
Excellent communication, coordination, and execution capabilities.</div></li><li><p>
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.</p></li></ul><p>

The Role:</b></div><ul><li><div>
Perform thorough quality check of the hardware equipments to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure proper calibration and alignment of hardware components for optimal performance.</div></li><li><div>
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems in agricultural equipment, including mechanical and electrical equipments.</div></li><li><div>
Repair or replace faulty hardware component.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure that equipment meets specifications and complies with safety and regulatory standards.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs.Document equipment specifications, configurations, and modifications.</div></li><li><div>
Provide on-site support for farmers and agricultural operators, addressing hardware-related issues and providing technical assistance.</div></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
