 Overview
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Drive day-to-day coordination across the organization to keep operations running efficiently
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities for leadership
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare communications, documents, and presentations as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate travel, including booking flights and accommodations
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and external partners
 </li>
 <li>
 Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and key initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep systems, files, and confidential information organized and up to date
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or similar support role
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common workplace tools
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
