You will be responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and quality control of aerospace tooling and ground support equipment. Under the supervision of the Workshop Manager, you will ensure all operations are performed in accordance with technical standards, safety regulations, and company procedures to support our clients across the region.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Load and unload tools or equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Inspect incoming equipment and verify its condition and functionality in accordance with technical documentation (e.g. drawings, manuals, specifications).</li><li>Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per established procedures and technical documentation (e.g. load tests, functional tests, repairs).</li><li>Accurately complete maintenance and repair tasks while adhering to company quality standards and safety protocols.</li><li>Escalate complex technical issues to the Workshop Manager and assist in troubleshooting and resolving problems using a methodical and analytical approach.</li><li>Carry out on-site interventions (inspection, repair, maintenance) when required, under the direction of the Workshop Manager.</li><li>Conduct final quality checks before shipping to ensure all tasks have been completed to specification.</li><li>Ensure all tools and equipment are clean, secure, and properly packaged before shipping to the customer.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the workshop.</li><li>Fill out job reports, maintenance records, and any documentation required with accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Monitor the availability of spare parts in stock and alert the manager when replenishment is needed.</li><li>Actively contributes to quality improvement and customer satisfaction by performing all tasks with accuracy, care, and professionalism.</li></ul>Essential Skills <ul><li>Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in industry performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, or tooling repair. Experience in the aerospace sector is a strong advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.</li><li>Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a clear focus on quality and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, including fluency in English (spoken and written) and the ability to read technical documentation and write clear reports.</li><li>Team-oriented, proactive, and adaptable mindset.</li><li>High regard for safety regulations and adherence to procedures.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and ERP.</li><li>Forklift license is desirable.</li></ul>Please note, this list is not exhaustive, and may be subject to review, resulting in possible amendments to meet the changing needs of the business.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have a technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field?</li><li>How many years of hands-on experience in industry performing mechanical assembly, maintenance, or tooling repair experience do you have?</li></ul>
