PURPOSE:Responsible for the real-time monitoring, coordination, data analysis, and reporting of drainage infrastructure performance using SCADA systems. Acts as the primary technical liaison between operations, maintenance, and control center teams, driving the efficient use of SCADA tools and operational analytics.ROLES &amp; RESPOSIBILITIES :<ul><li>Maintain a deep technical understanding of the full drainage infrastructure, including networks, pump stations, and sewage treatment plants.</li><li>Treated Water System (networks and pump stations).</li><li>Surface and Ground Water System (networks, pump stations, and treatment plants).</li><li>Serve as the main point of contact within DNMC for coordinating all operational and maintenance team activities related to real-time control and data.</li><li>Analyze daily operational data and maintenance records to ensure accuracy, detect anomalies, and support performance optimization.</li><li>Monitor, maintain, and provide specialist technical support for SCADA applications used in drainage and wastewater operations.</li><li>Address complex system issues by recommending and implementing technical solutions aligned with client standards and corporate security policies.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal/external technical teams, maintenance staff, and contractors to ensure seamless operations, issue resolution, and system improvements.</li><li>Maintain full version control of SCADA configuration and ensure audit compliance and system integrity at all times.</li><li>Prepare and upload the following reports and documents:</li><li>Daily flow reports (post-OM review)</li><li>Weekly and monthly asset failure lists for reporting meetings</li><li>Monthly SLA, MESR, and KPI reports as per client&rsquo;s guidelines</li><li>Daily updates of major site activities and events</li><li>Update and manage tracking systems, including</li><li>CM (Corrective Maintenance) Tracker</li><li>Coordination with maintenance teams for pending issues</li><li>DNMC logs and reporting schedules</li><li>Carry out other tasks assigned.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Minimum 7 years of experience in the operations and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants and pumping stations.</li></ul>Competencies: <ul><li>Proficient in SCADA systems, HMI, PLCs, and telemetry monitoring.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for system performance evaluation.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams.</li><li>Report writing and data visualization capabilities using MS Office and data tools.</li><li>Understanding of SLA/KPI-based performance frameworks, especially within the contracts.</li></ul>Education: Degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Industrial, or similar experienceOthers: UPDA Certified Engineer / to obtain this yearLanguage: English (written and verbal communication)Joining: ImmediateJob Type: Full-timePay: From QAR1.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Your current location: </li><li>Are you willing to relocate to Qatar? </li><li>Joining Period: </li><li>Can you obtain &quot;NOC&quot;/transfer approval? DNMC Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li>Responsible to liaise with client and Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) to develop and implement an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) that specifies the resources and procedures of the Environmental Management to ensure the effective, efficient, and delivery of the Works. The EMP shall apply across labour camps, transportation, and resources, off-site storage, and the like.</li><li>Ensure that the works are compliant with local legislation and the Applicable Codes and Standards. The EMP shall be modelled around the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 and the underlying philosophy to promote a culture of continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure that the EMP is communicated throughout its personnel and that sub-contractors contain appropriate requirements for environmental management system and that they operate in accordance with these contractual obligations.</li><li>Responsible to cooperate with the client in undertaking Environmental audits establish compliance with EMP, systems and processes. In the event of non-compliance, he will ensure the implementation of recovery actions and mitigation measures.</li><li>Ensuring observance of Environmental legislation and ensure compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, and requirements statutory and regulatory authorities in Qatar.</li><li>Shall comply with all conditions of Environmental Clearance issued for the Contract by the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC) and where relevant, the processor to the MOECC.</li><li>Shall ensure that it identifies the necessary environmental permits, consents, approvals, and the like required for the Works and shall ensure that these are recorded in a Consents Schedule to ensure that there is continuous overview data available of the progress and achievement of conditions relating to permits, consents, approvals, and the like for the Works.</li><li>He will be responsible for the Environmental Emergency Response Plan development and implementation.</li><li>Carry out other tasks assigned.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>10 years (minimum) experience.</li><li>Experience in Operations and Maintenance contracts.</li></ul>Competencies:<ul><li>Knowledge of ISO.</li><li>Awareness of QCS and local regulations are an advantage.</li><li>Microsoft Office, Outlook email, and SharePoint database.</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Degree in Engineering or equivalent</li></ul>Others:<ul><li>UPDA-registered / or to obtain this year (For engineering degree holder)</li><li>Note: As per Qatar Law all engineer professionals must be registered to Ministry of Municipality and Environment (MME) by taking and passing the UPDA exam.</li></ul>Job Location: <ul><li>Doha, Qatar</li><li>Willing to relocate full time</li></ul>Language: EnglishCandidates may also send their credentials at info.qatar@aguasdevalencia.comJob Type: Full-timePay: From QAR1.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Joining Period: </li><li>NOC Available : </li><li>Currently in Qatar: </li><li>Currently Monthly Salary (Full Package in QAR) : </li><li>Expected Monthly Salary (Full Package in QAR) : </li><li>UPDA: </li><li>Qatar Driving License:</li></ul>
