Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Audit Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of proven experience in an audit firm and possess strong knowledge of financial reporting, auditing standards, and tax regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and supervise audit team, assign tasks and monitor daily progress</li><li>Review financial statements, audit files, and working papers</li><li>Ensure timely completion of audits and strict adherence to deadlines</li><li>Follow up with team regularly to avoid delays and pending work</li><li>Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE regulations, VAT and Corporate Tax</li><li>Maintain timely and professional communication with clients</li><li>Respond to emails, calls, and messages without delay</li><li>Review final reports before submission to ensure accuracy and quality</li><li>Coordinate with management on progress, issues, and workload</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, audit files, and KYC/AML compliance</li><li>Handle multiple engagements efficiently and meet delivery timelines</li><li>Support client meetings, queries, and technical discussions</li><li>Assist in proposals, onboarding, and other audit-related assignments</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in an audit firm in UAE</li><li>ACCA Member or CA Finalist (or equivalent qualification)</li><li>Strong understanding of IFRS, and audit procedures</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Strong communication and report-writing skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: From AED6,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Audit firm: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
