Job Description</b></h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
We&rsquo;re looking for a Field Account Representative to provide reliable on-site account support across multiple manufacturing locations. You will be the primary liaison between our customers, vendors, and internal teams&mdash;managing repair requests, processing industrial parts, and ensuring all communication and data entry are handled accurately and efficiently.</h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
This field-based role requires daily travel between manufacturing facilities. Key Responsibilities</b></h2><ul><li>Visit assigned customer sites on a regular schedule within a 50-mile radius.</li><li>Serve as the primary on-site contact, building strong working relationships across each location.</li><li>Process incoming industrial machine parts that require repair.</li><li>Identify failed components and gather necessary information for repair entry.</li><li>Accurately enter all part details into the ERP system (training provided).</li><li>Communicate repair status updates, quote information, and next steps to the customer.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (operations, service, logistics) to ensure repairs move quickly and accurately.</li><li>Communicate regularly with customers to ensure expectations are met and issues are resolved promptly.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency or customer satisfaction.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs of repairs, parts processed, and customer interactions.</li><li>Provide weekly updates on activity, trends, and items requiring follow-up.</li><li>Travel daily between customer locations.</li><li>Manage your schedule effectively to support multiple sites while maintaining consistent service and communication.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What Success Looks Like</b></h2><ul><li>You maintain a consistent, reliable presence across all assigned customer sites.</li><li>Repair requests are processed accurately and entered with minimal errors.</li><li>Communication between the customer and AH Group remains smooth and proactive.</li><li>Repair turnaround times stay on track because issues are identified early.</li><li>Customer feedback reflects professionalism and responsiveness.</li><li>Parts, logs, and documentation are organized and current.</li><li>You independently manage your field schedule effectively.</li><li>Opportunities to improve workflows or customer satisfaction are identified and shared regularly.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications</b></h2><ul><li>Strong communication skills (in person, email, and phone).</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage a rotating field schedule.</li><li>Comfortable working inside industrial/manufacturing environments.</li><li>Ability to perform light physical tasks involved in handling parts.</li><li>Experience with ERP software is a plus (training provided).</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record.</li><li>Experience in industrial, repair, operations, logistics, or customer-facing roles preferred.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
