About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in substation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing high-voltage substation works including erection, installation, and testing of electrical equipment as per industry and client standards.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead and oversee site execution of electrical works for substations (11kV, 33kV, 110kV, and above)</li><li>Supervise erection, installation, and commissioning of:</li><li>Power Transformers</li><li>CTs, PTs, Breakers, Isolators</li><li>Cable laying, termination &amp; routing</li><li>Earthing systems and control panels</li><li>Review and interpret single-line diagrams (SLDs), layout drawings, and schematics</li><li>Coordinate with DISCOMs, consultants, and third-party vendors for inspections and approvals</li><li>Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material records, and quality checklists</li><li>Ensure safety standards and quality norms are followed at site</li><li>Assist in testing &amp; commissioning activities and handle troubleshooting during execution</li><li>Work directly under the company management and support in project planning and scheduling</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)</li><li>Minimum 3 years of relevant field experience in substation projects (mandatory)</li><li>Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety practices, and utility procedures</li><li>Proficient in reading technical drawings and using tools like AutoCAD and MS Office</li><li>Hands-on experience in HT/LT installation, protection systems, and control panel wiring</li><li>Ability to manage teams, vendors, and communicate effectively with stakeholders</li><li>Willing to travel and work at project sites as per requirement</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Substation / similar Electrical: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
