 Job Description
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the General Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the General Manager in their daily duties and ensure the effective coordination of executive office activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the General Manager's calendar, appointments, and meeting coordination
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate daily schedules, manage appointments, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in tracking action items and remind departments of upcoming deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the General Manager in preparing reports on department performance and guest satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Support internal communications, reports, presentations, and project documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage correspondence
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 2 years' experience in executive assistance, with well-developed operational follow-up skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with luxury hospitality dynamics and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong listening, note-taking, and organisational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong representational skills and versatile communication abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced time management and organisational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to adapt flexibly and quickly in a dynamic environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Residing in Fethiye or able to relocate to Fethiye
 </li>
