Required<ul><li>
18 years or older</li><li>
Legally authorized to work in the United States</li><li>
Reliable transportation to and from work</li><li>
Must Pass Background check</li><li>
Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs</li><li>
Able to stand for duration of shift</li></ul> 
Essential Duties<ul><li>
Clean/maintain floors (vacuum, mop, carpet spotting)</li><li>
Clean/maintain surface areas (dust, sanitize, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing)</li><li>
Remove waste (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)</li><li>
Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to all safety precautions when mixing cleaning solutions</li><li>
Represent facility in a positive manner, able to follow oral instructions, pleasant, tactful, courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, customers, security, and management</li><li>
Perform other general cleaning duties as needed</li></ul></div>
