 Role Overview

 Senior DevOps Engineer

 Microsoft Azure
 
 . The ideal candidate will&nbsp;be responsible for&nbsp;designing, implementing, and managing Azure-based infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications. This role requires deep hands-on experience in&nbsp;
 
 Azure services, Kubernetes (AKS), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud security practices

 As a senior member of the team, you will also provide leadership, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and&nbsp;highly available&nbsp;systems.&nbsp;

 Key Responsibilities

 Azure Cloud Infrastructure

 Architect, deploy, and manage solutions on Microsoft Azure (VMs, App Services, Storage, Networking, Azure SQL, Functions).&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement&nbsp;
 
 high availability, scalability, and disaster recovery
 
 &nbsp;strategies.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize&nbsp;cloud usage to reduce costs while&nbsp;maintaining&nbsp;performance.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 CI/CD &amp; Automation
 
 &nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Design, build, and manage CI/CD pipelines using&nbsp;
 
 Azure DevOps Pipelines
 
 , GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment with&nbsp;
 
 Terraform, ARM Templates, or Bicep

 Integrate testing, monitoring, and security scans into deployment workflows.&nbsp;

 Containers &amp;&nbsp;Orchestration
 
 &nbsp;

 Manage containerized workloads with&nbsp;
 
 Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)

 Implement and manage Helm charts for application packaging.&nbsp;

 Configure monitoring and scaling for Kubernetes workloads.&nbsp;

 Monitoring &amp; Security

 Monitor infrastructure using&nbsp;
 
 Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics

 Implement&nbsp;
 
 RBAC, Azure AD integration, Key Vault, and Zero Trust
 
 &nbsp;security principles.&nbsp;
 </li>

 Handle incident response, vulnerability scanning, and compliance with&nbsp;
 
 SOC 2, ISO 27001

 <li>
 
 Leadership &amp;&nbsp;Collaboration
 
 &nbsp;

 Mentor and guide junior DevOps and Cloud Engineers.&nbsp;

 Work closely with developers, QA, and product managers to streamline releases.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to long-term cloud strategy and DevOps best practices.&nbsp;
 </li>

 Required Skills &amp; Qualifications
 
 &nbsp;

 Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 5+ years of DevOps experience
 
 , with at least&nbsp;
 
 3+ years in Azure environments
 
 .&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise&nbsp;in:&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Microsoft Azure services
 
 &nbsp;(App Services, AKS, Functions, Networking, IAM).&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 CI/CD pipelines
 
 &nbsp;(Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins).&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Infrastructure as Code
 
 &nbsp;(Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, Ansible).&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Containerization &amp; Kubernetes (AKS)
 
 .&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of&nbsp;
 
 networking (DNS, VPN, Load Balancing, Firewalls)
 
 .&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency&nbsp;in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python).&nbsp;

 <li>
 Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.&nbsp;
