Data Entry Operator

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead detailed mechanical design for mobile medical units, expandable vehicle systems, modular structures, and specialized trailers</li><li>Define materials, tolerances, fabrication methods, and manufacturing workflows</li><li>Review and approve fabrication drawings, assemblies, and Bills of Materials</li><li>Prepare and validate DXF, STEP, and other CNC-ready production files</li><li>Conduct or supervise structural and mechanical simulations where required</li><li>Coordinate closely with production, procurement, CNC operators, and workshop teams</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve build quality, manufacturing speed, and material efficiency</li><li>Guide and mentor junior design engineers within the team</li></ul>Required Technical Expertise<ul><li>Strong proficiency in at least one advanced CAD platform such as:</li><li>SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, or CATIA</li><li>Working knowledge of engineering simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS or SolidWorks Simulation)</li><li>Practical understanding of:</li><li>Sheet metal fabrication and welded structures</li><li>CNC laser cutting, bending, and machining processes</li><li>Manufacturing tolerances and assembly fit-up</li><li>Ability to produce clear, fabrication-ready engineering drawings and documentation</li></ul>Experience and Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical design within a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment</li><li>Demonstrated exposure to workshop operations and CNC-based production</li><li>Strong understanding of design-for-manufacturing principles and production constraints</li><li>Ability to make sound technical decisions that impact cost, safety, and build quality</li><li>Experience guiding or supervising junior engineers is preferred</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Senior Manufacturing Design Engineer

<ul><li>Develop 3D conceptual models for mobile medical units, special-purpose vehicles, modular structures, and industrial systems</li><li>Produce high-quality renders and visual presentations for proposals, tenders, and client discussions</li><li>Convert sketches, reference images, and engineering notes into clear visual concepts</li><li>Revise and iterate designs quickly based on internal feedback or client input</li><li>Prepare supporting graphics, layouts, and visual documentation when required</li><li>Coordinate with mechanical design engineers to keep concepts aligned with fabrication realities</li></ul>Required Skills and Tools<ul><li>Strong working knowledge of SketchUp for 3D modeling</li><li>Experience with at least one rendering tool such as Lumion, V-Ray, or KeyShot</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for post-processing and presentation work</li></ul>Additional skills that will be considered an advantage:<ul><li>Exposure to Blender, Rhino, or Fusion 360</li><li>Basic understanding of industrial structures, vehicles, or fabrication methods</li><li>Familiarity with Figma or Canva for layout preparation</li></ul>Experience and Qualifications<ul><li>Approximately 2&ndash;4 years of relevant experience in industrial design, architectural visualization, product visualization, or a related field</li><li>A strong portfolio demonstrating realistic 3D work and clear visual communication</li><li>Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and aesthetics</li><li>Comfortable working in a collaborative engineering environment, not just a design studio</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
