 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are looking for a Service Help Desk Engineer to provide first-line technical support to company users. The role includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting production-related systems, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Provide technical support to users via tickets, phone, email, or in person
 </li>
 <li>
 Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Support devices connected to production lines and ensure regular backups
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and deliver IT assets for new hires and ensure asset documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain IT asset inventory, barcoding, and stock availability
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate complex or urgent issues to the appropriate IT team
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with IT consumables sourcing and technical support budget inputs
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform device upgrades according to company policy
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;4 years of experience in Service Desk / Help Desk / Technical Support
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and customer service skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work on-site in a factory environment
 </li>
 </ul>
