 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients, facilitating property sales, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients to understand their needs, showcasing properties, negotiating sales terms, and staying updated on real estate market trends.

 Advise clients on off-plan property investments and transactions&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Conduct market research and prepare sales contracts&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Ensure a seamless client experience from initial inquiry to post-sale support&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Consulting and Real Estate skills
 </li>
 <li>
 
 At least 1 year of corporate experience&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales experience and skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 
 English language proficiency is required&nbsp;
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is a plus, but not essential&nbsp;
 
 </li>
