The Role
</li><li>We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales Representative (Cold Email Outbound Closer) to convert cold email outbound leads into qualified meetings, discovery calls, demos, negotiations, and closed deals. This is a full-cycle closing role focused on mid-to-high-ticket sales (&euro;10k&ndash;&euro;120k).</li>
<li>You must be fluent in English and confident speaking with executives. This role requires high resilience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to consistently hit quota.</li>
<li>This is a remote, full-time role (minimum 8 hours/day). 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do 
<ul><li>Run discovery calls and sales calls with outbound prospects</li><li>Execute full-cycle sales: prospecting qualification discovery demo negotiation close</li><li>Convert cold email leads into revenue opportunities</li><li>Qualify prospects using internal frameworks and make go/no-go decisions</li><li>Handle objections and negotiations with confidence</li><li>Deliver compelling demos and ROI-focused pitches</li><li>Send proposals, follow up consistently, and secure signatures</li><li>Maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline at all times</li><li>Conduct daily CRM updates and sales admin (~1 hour/day)</li><li>Reply to prospect emails and ensure timely follow-ups</li><li>Provide daily EOD reports on progress and pipeline</li><li>Collaborate with SDRs and leadership to improve outbound processes</li></ul></li>

Experience 
<ul><li>2&ndash;3+ years proven B2B sales experience with documented quota achievement</li><li>Full-cycle sales experience (mandatory)</li><li>Strong outbound experience (cold email/cold outreach)</li><li>Closed deals in the &euro;10k&ndash;&euro;120k range</li><li>Experience in consultative, not transactional, selling</li></ul></div><div>
