The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Next.js, in-depth knowledge of MySQL database management, system design expertise, and proficiency in version control using Git. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Development &amp; Maintenance:</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Laravel 11.</li><li>Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate Next.js applications with back-end APIs.</li><li>Database Management:</li><li>Design and manage MySQL databases, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.</li><li>Optimize database queries and troubleshoot performance issues.</li><li>System Design:</li><li>Architect and implement scalable and maintainable system designs.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to evaluate and integrate new technologies and frameworks.</li><li>Code Collaboration:</li><li>Work collaboratively with other developers using Git for version control.</li><li>Review and merge pull requests, ensuring code quality and consistency.</li><li>Testing &amp; Debugging:</li><li>Perform thorough testing of the codebase to ensure reliability and robustness.</li><li>Debug and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.</li><li>Best Practices:</li><li>Adhere to and enforce coding standards and best practices.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.</li></ul>Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Technical Expertise:</li><li>1-2 years of experience in PHP development with a focus on the Laravel 11 framework.</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, particularly Next.js.</li><li>Strong knowledge of MySQL, including database design, optimization, and administration.</li><li>Solid understanding of system design principles and practices.</li><li>Version Control:</li><li>Proficient in using Git for source code management and collaboration.</li><li>Problem-Solving:</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions.</li><li>Collaboration:</li><li>Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work in an agile development environment.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.</li><li>Experience working with Docker or other containerization tools.</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Understanding of front-end technologies such as React.js and Tailwind CSS.</li></ul>Job Type: Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 monthsPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Work from home</li></ul>
