Nuself Medspa and Cosmetic Surgery is seeking an organized and personable Front Desk / Patient Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. Prior Experience in the MedSpa and Aesthetic based medical practice is required. This role is key to creating a positive and professional experience from check-in to check-out.Education:Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.Experience:Preferably 2+ years of experience in a high-volume Aesthetics and MedSpa based medical practice.DUTIES:<ul><li>Greet and assist patients and other guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner.</li><li>Accurately and efficiently record and update patient information in an electronic medical record (EMR).</li><li>Cleaning and staging of lobby throughout the day.</li><li>Process cash and credit co-payments/deductibles payments.</li><li>Scheduling and coordinating appointments.</li><li>Complete appointment confirmations.</li><li>Consolidate/Report all payments made to practice each day and submit to manager for review.</li><li>Patient interaction via phone, email and face to face</li><li>Coordinating with various staff to ensure patient requests are handled appropriately and timely.</li><li>Maintain and track front end office supply inventory.</li><li>Rooming patients and taking vital signs.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:<ul><li>A positive and energetic attitude, service and team orientation.
