Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager to lead AIC Technik&rsquo;s brand and demand-generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and skilled in crafting campaigns that resonate across both B2B and B2G markets.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligned with company goals and sales targets.</li><li>Lead brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy across channels.</li><li>Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads).</li><li>Coordinate with product, sales, and technical teams to create marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.).</li><li>Drive lead generation and conversion through targeted campaigns and automation tools.</li><li>Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars.</li><li>Oversee the company&rsquo;s website, blog, and social media presence.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics and present insights and optimizations to leadership.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.</li><li>5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, industrial, or B2B sectors.</li><li>Proven track record in executing successful digital and content marketing campaigns.</li><li>Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
