Job Title: ABAP Lead &ndash; ECC to S/4HANA Migration &amp; Clean Core ExpertExperience: 10+ YearsNotice Period : Immediate to 15 DaysLocation : Hyderabad ( On-Site )Job SummaryWe are looking for an ABAP Lead with over 10 years of experience in SAP development, including extensive hands-on work with SAP ECC and S/4HANA. The ideal candidate must have proven expertise in migrating custom code from ECC to S/4HANA, optimizing it for modern SAP environments, and aligning it with clean core principles. You will lead technical design, development, and code remediation efforts as part of SAP transformation programs.Key Responsibilities:&middot; Lead and execute custom code migration projects from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including analysis, remediation, and optimization.&middot; Use SAP tools (e.g., Custom Code Migration App,) to assess, adapt, and validate custom code compatibility with S/4HANA.&middot; Drive clean core initiatives by reducing modifications to the digital core and implementing extensibility via SAP BTP and in-app extensions.&middot; Develop scalable ABAP solutions using ABAP Objects, CDS Views, AMDPs, OData, and other S/4HANA-specific technologies.&middot; Guide the technical team in rewriting or replacing obsolete code and adapting custom programs to S/4HANA data models and architecture.&middot; Collaborate with functional teams to re-engineer business processes and map custom logic to standard S/4HANA capabilities.&middot; Conduct performance tuning, code reviews, and quality checks to ensure compliance with SAP best practices.&middot; Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.Required Skills &amp; Experience:&middot; 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development across ECC and S/4HANA environments.&middot; Strong experience in custom code migration from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, including code remediation and simplification.&middot; Deep understanding of Clean Core principles and experience with SAP BTP, Steampunk, and extensibility options.&middot; Proficiency in ABAP Objects, CDS Views, AMDPs, OData Services, Extensions, and SAP Gateway.&middot; Knowledge of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and their technical integration points.&middot; Experience in upgrade and transformation projects, including green field, brownfield, or selective data transitions.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to &#8377;3,000,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Custom code migration: 7 years (Preferred)</li><li>SAP S/4HANA: 10 years (Preferred)</li><li>SAP BTP: 3 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
