<div>About the role:
As a member of the Global Service Delivery Team Global Legal, Compliance &amp; Regulatory organization, you will support operational excellence in Global Legal, Compliance &amp; Regulatory. We are looking for an organized self-starter, who can help run our day-to-day office functions for the department. If you work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and enjoy getting even the most detailed tasks done, then this is the role for you. This person must be a highly polished professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency, and a focus on execution.
Key responsibilities:<ul><li>
Assists in global business support of executive leadership including facilities and office management, executive communications and change management</li><li>
Performs talent &amp; staffing coordination including onboarding, offboarding, licensure, and managing assets</li><li>
Oversees use of office spaces, manages inventory of office supplies, and coordinates with AIG&rsquo;s other functions to ensure smooth operations that are consistent with AIG policies and procedures</li><li>
Handles onboarding and offboarding processes, manages licensure and professional development activities for GLCR professionals, and oversees the allocation and management of assets</li><li>
Coordinates real estate space allocation, physical moves, office enhancements and improvements, signage, file consolidation and off-site storage</li><li>
Partners with the recruiting team, hiring manager, HR and other internal stakeholders to coordinate onboarding new employees and temporary staff, including IT asset requisitions and office seating allocation.
</li><li>Manages access to subscriptions, serving as a central point of contact for GLCR employees, the Sourcing team, and external subscription providers.</li><li>
Composing clear written communications</li><li>
Basic understanding and analysis of critical and confidential information which can then be input into Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, SharePoint, etc.</li><li>
Perform other administrative functions to support the team and the business as requested.</li><li>
Coordinates and communicates continuing education opportunities for attorneys and other GLCR professionals.
</li><li>Supports Enterprise Resiliency and Business Services deliverables.</li><li>
Leads attorney certification activities and manages continuing legal education opportunities.</li><li>
Manages department intranet and ensures design is easy to navigate and content is current.</li></ul> 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
3+ years of executive support and/or operations experience</li><li>
Customer service / client success experience is a plus</li><li>
BA degree or equivalent experience</li><li>
Organization. Like most companies, there&rsquo;s a lot to do, and you&rsquo;ll be wearing a lot of hats. Staying impeccably organized will help you achieve your daily goals, and surmount bigger goals, too.</li><li>
Verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Works well autonomously and under pressure. As the new go-to person in the administrative function, the team will be submitting requests that may need to get done quickly and without too much guidance. The ability to prioritize while working both independently and collaboratively is critical. You must have strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with excellent multi-tasking abilities.</li></ul>

How you will create an impact
Reporting to the Senior Director, the Associate Sourcing Manager for IT Hardware, Telecom, and Resellers will lead the sourcing and supplier management strategy for the CIO organization and technology-focused business areas. This role encompasses hardware procurement for data centers, direct employee purchases, and reseller channels. The Category Manager will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong reseller relationships, streamlining processes, and developing global punch-out catalogs and channels to optimize efficiency and cost.<ul><li>
Execute procurement activities based on stakeholder requirements, ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services; Manage procurement processes, including RF(x) activities, to achieve cost-effective sourcing strategies</li><li>
Identify and analyze emerging technology trends in hardware, compute, storage, networking, and overall technology to inform procurement decisions and drive efficiencies in current and future contracts</li><li>
Negotiate and manage commercial terms and conditions with large IT infrastructure providers, including contract renewals, to maximize value and minimize risk</li><li>
Lead initiatives to consolidate resellers, implement a catalog buying strategy, and optimize procurement processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs</li><li>
Achieve beneficial terms and conditions through strong partnership and relationship management with suppliers at the C-level</li><li>
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify, develop, and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on reducing total cost of ownership</li><li>
Collaborate with legal to ensure accurate and compliant contract execution and provide support during the contract lifecycle</li></ul>
What you&rsquo;ll need to succeed<ul><li>
5+ years of IT strategic sourcing and procurement experience at a recognized best-in-class company</li><li>
Demonstrated success in IT infrastructure, network areas, and negotiation of favorable terms</li><li>
Proven expertise in IT strategic sourcing, procurement, and complex project management, with a focus on total value chain analysis</li><li>
Strong ability to present complex commercial deals and financial results to senior management</li><li>
Successfully developed and led high-performing, cross-functional teams, consistently delivering quantifiable results</li><li>
Advanced degree (MBA preferred) in Procurement, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Engineering, or Computer Science; CPM certification preferred</li></ul>
For positions based in New Jersey, the base salary range is $115,000-$145,000 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
