How you will create impact:</b></h1><p>
This role is responsible for working cross-functionally within the information security team, specifically app security, cloud security, and security engineering, to support business management and project management functions. This person must possess a deep understanding of how to read and analyze security data and partner with engineers to work through technical solutions to reduce risk. This role will be responsible for creating and maintaining all ISO related business operational and security control related dashboards. They must have the ability to translate technical security terms into business-friendly and executive level language.</p><p></p><p><b>
Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Streamline business operations reporting, consolidating reports provided by various ISO teams into more automated routines and dashboards</li><li>
Build and maintain business and security operational dashboards, highlighting key risks, and enabling security leaders to make critical decisions to address control gaps and vulnerabilities.</li><li>
Act as a project manager responsible for delivering projects in the app security, cloud security, and security engineering space. This includes creation of CBAs (cost-benefit analysis) and project financial management and tracking.</li><li>
Analyze security data and translate technical information into business-friendly executive level language and briefings.</li><li>
Maintain all documentation related to ISO&rsquo;s operating model. This includes the site administration of all ISO&rsquo;s business management and PMO related SharePoint sites and confluence pages</li><li>
Assist with contractor management process, including the review of contract pipeline and governance.</li><li>
Assist with the management of ISO workforce data, reporting and analysis, requisition management, in partnership with central business operations team.</li></ul><p></p><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you'll need to succeed:</b></h1><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience in Technology and/or Business Management roles</li><li>
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Strong relationship building skills to effectively collaborate and translate between technical and non-technical teams</li><li>
Excels at managing multiple deliverables and completing assignments with competing deadlines</li><li>
Ability to partner with all levels of the organization, gain trust, and drive full participation from teams.</li><li>
Experience in financial, project, and business management processes.</li><li>
High proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, Power Point, Word, Visio, Project) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc).</li><li>
Proven ability to manage projects across multiple geographies and time zones</li><li>
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt quickly to change</li></ul><p></p><p>
