<div>THIS ROLE REQUIRES 4 DAYS IN OFFICE IN OUR NYC, PARSIPPANY, NJ, AND ATLANTA, GA OFFICE LOCATIONS.
Key responsibilities:<ul><li>
Serve as liaison between the business community, accounts payable, suppliers and IT in order to provide functional and technical support for the Fieldglass application</li><li>
Support Global Sourcing transformation and Fieldglass adoption initiatives/programs, including Change Management, Sourcing and Procurement initiatives</li><li>
Provide day to day support of the Fieldglass application for business users and suppliers</li><li>
Produce metrics and monitor KPIs for Fieldglass and related business processes</li><li>
Support Fieldglass Implementations which would require writing requirements, performing demos, Project Management, working with IT to develop technical solutions and implementation</li><li>
Recommend process improvements and implement changes</li><li>
Assist with Fieldglass roadmap and planning efforts</li><li>
Supervise and mentor Quality Assurance and Release teams</li><li>
Propose process improvements</li><li>
Provide project management and proactive initiative management</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Must have 5+ years of experience in being able to speak to the technology around the Fieldglass tool and have an understanding of Sourcing and Procurement process</li><li>
Strong analytical and problem solving skills</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams to deliver results</li><li>
Excellent communication, writing, facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ability to interact and communicate with cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines.</li><li>
Develop reporting to track the progress of the initiatives</li><li>
Excellent experience with MS Office products.</li><li>
Strong customer services skills</li><li>
PMP certification-Preferred</li><li>
Ability to lead Quality Assurance testing efforts</li><li>
Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.</li><li>
Experience managing technical teams</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple medium to high complexity projects simultaneously</li><li>
Successful track record of leading / participating in implementation of Fieldglass rollouts (Minimum full 1 life cycle)</li></ul><ul><li>
For positions based in New Jersey, the base salary range is $112,000 - 126,000. For positions based in New York City, the base salary range is $118,000 - $131,000. In addition, the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
