Job Summary Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Community/Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential for maintaining an organized office environment and supporting the company in achieving operational excellence in the community. The schedule is part time hours at this time and the schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00 am-3:00 pm.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.</li><li>Oversee data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of records.</li><li>Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.</li><li>Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.</li><li>Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.</li><li>Foster a positive work environment by supporting team members with administrative needs.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with community members and organizations to ensure that the organization is responsive to the needs and concerns of the community.</li><li>Identify and address community issues, and work with the organization to develop strategies and solutions that align with the community&rsquo;s values and goals.</li><li>Provide information and assistance to community members and organizations, answering questions and addressing concerns related to the organization&rsquo;s activities or policies.</li><li>Represent the organization at community events and meetings and facilitate communication and collaboration between the organization and the community.</li><li>Gather and analyze feedback from the community and use it to inform the organization&rsquo;s decisions and actions.</li><li>Create and implement community engagement programs, such as workshops, surveys, and other initiatives to gather feedback and promote community participation.</li><li>Identify and build partnerships with other organizations and stakeholders in the community to promote collaboration and support for the community.</li><li>Keep the community informed of the organization&rsquo;s activities, plans, and policies through various means of communication.</li><li>Act as a liaison between the organization and community groups, such as schools, local government, and other community-based organizations.</li><li>Act as a resource for community members, providing information and assistance as needed.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a relevant field, such as social work, public administration, communications, or community development</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Experience as an office manager required</li><li>Excellent proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Competence in using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for various administrative functions.</li><li>Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.</li><li>Strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff and clients.</li></ul>Join our team as a Community/Office Manager where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency while contributing to a collaborative work environment.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $15.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li></ul>Work Location: In person
