We&rsquo;re looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Entry Level Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team and support attorneys and paralegals in organizing client files and helping move cases forward.If you're friendly, highly organized, and passionate about helping people&mdash;especially those going through financial hardship&mdash;this could be the perfect fit. No legal experience required if you&rsquo;re the right personality and eager to learn!Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Answer and direct calls, assist current clients with questions.</li><li>Assist with organizing and preparing documents for bankruptcy filings (Chapter 7 &amp; 13).</li><li>Schedule appointments and follow up with clients on missing paperwork.</li><li>Upload documents to the trustee once the case is filed.</li><li>Communicate with clients and trustees throughout the case process.</li><li>Keep digital files organized and up to date.</li><li>Help ensure clients are prepared for court and other key deadlines.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Bilingual in English and Spanish.</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.</li><li>Friendly phone and in-person demeanor.</li><li>Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; Clio/BestCase is a plus).</li><li>1+ year experience in an office or legal setting preferred, but not required.</li></ul>Compensation: Pay is based on experience.
