<ul><li>Coordinate with approved suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials, goods, and services.</li><li>Track purchase orders and follow up to avoid delays or shortages.</li><li>Evaluate supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and cost.</li><li>Assist in onboarding new vendors and negotiating pricing/contracts where required.</li><li>Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.</li><li>Monitor daily inventory movements and reconcile discrepancies.</li><li>Conduct periodic cycle counts and support annual physical audits.</li><li>Generate inventory reports and share forecasts with internal teams.</li><li>Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments.</li><li>Coordinate with transporters, freight forwarders, and warehouse teams.</li><li>Track shipments, resolve delays, and ensure timely delivery.</li><li>Prepare and verify shipping documents (invoice, packing list, GRN, etc.)</li><li>Support demand forecasting based on sales trends, seasonal variations, and customer orders.</li><li>Align supply plans with production and sales teams.</li><li>Identify potential supply risks and propose mitigation steps.</li><li>Monitor KPIs such as OTIF, inventory turnover, lead time, and fulfillment rate.</li><li>Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety norms, and regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly supply chain performance reports.</li></ul>Job Type: PermanentPay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
