Multi Technician (Appliance Technician)

<ul><li>Applicant must have a valid Qatar Driver's license.</li><li>Researching potential vendors and suppliers</li><li>Supply requisition form (SRF) filled based on Job Cards and Technical reports for materials needed for operation and not available in store</li><li>Getting quotations from suppliers based on requirements and negotiated final quoted prices.</li><li>Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options</li><li>Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing</li><li>Coordination with accounts department in making LPO for the selected supplier</li><li>Coordination with supplier in regards to the approved LPO and ensure timely delivery</li><li>Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality</li><li>Track orders and follow up supplier regularly.</li><li>Coordinate with Storekeeper in regards to the delivery</li><li>Collection of the delivery receipts and invoices from supplier</li><li>Preparation of Work Completion Form</li><li>Coordination with accounts department for the suppliers cheque preparation</li><li>Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers</li><li>Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.</li><li>Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR2,500.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Procurement: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>
