<ul><li>Receives the material from suppliers.</li><li>Coordination with the suppliers &amp; contractors quotations and deliveries.</li><li>Doing monthly inventory reports</li><li>Cross checks the material, any damage, mismatch, quantity and quantity with orders and reporting to store manager/purchase.</li><li>Delivers the material to site, supervisor, and foreman as per the approved request by the manager.</li><li>Arranges material in proper manner.</li><li>Supervises the store matters.</li><li>Does stock taking as per the instruction by the manager.</li><li>Reports daily to Chief accountant in regards to inventory.</li><li>Reports any issues to the management.</li><li>Reports the stock level to purchase</li><li>Makes delivery notes/invoices as per the delivery.</li><li>Makes store requests to purchase as and when required.</li><li>Making sure stocks/materials were available when needed.</li><li>Coordination with the supervisors needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR2,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Data Entry: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Storekeeper: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>

Data Entry - Storekeeper

<ul><li>Applicant must have a valid Qatar Driver's license.</li><li>Researching potential vendors and suppliers</li><li>Supply requisition form (SRF) filled based on Job Cards and Technical reports for materials needed for operation and not available in store</li><li>Getting quotations from suppliers based on requirements and negotiated final quoted prices.</li><li>Review and analyze all vendors/suppliers, supply, and price options</li><li>Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing</li><li>Coordination with accounts department in making LPO for the selected supplier</li><li>Coordination with supplier in regards to the approved LPO and ensure timely delivery</li><li>Ensure that the products and supplies are high quality</li><li>Track orders and follow up supplier regularly.</li><li>Coordinate with Storekeeper in regards to the delivery</li><li>Collection of the delivery receipts and invoices from supplier</li><li>Preparation of Work Completion Form</li><li>Coordination with accounts department for the suppliers cheque preparation</li><li>Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers</li><li>Maintain and update list of suppliers and their qualifications, delivery times, and potential future development.</li><li>Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR3,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Procurement: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Driver's License (Required)</li></ul>
