&middot; Break down Job cards to be attended.&middot; Regular reactive and preventive maintenance work on air conditioning unit system.&middot; Using tools and testing instruments to diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.&middot; Installations, replace or repair equipment/components required&middot; Set system parameters to ensure optimum running condition&middot; Check refrigerant levels and charge as necessary&middot; Carry out leak test and carry our repairs&middot; Assistance in all size projects including large scale repair and new facility construction projects&middot; Monitoring job card assignment and getting job card done at the right time.&middot; Coordination with Data Entry in opening and closing of job card.&middot; Accurately and promptly fulfilling tenant&rsquo;s request.&middot; Coordinate with tenants, co-staff, supervisors in the operational matters.&middot; Follow supervisor&rsquo;s advice and guidelines.&middot; Attending emergency works (if any)&middot; Attending Qatar Airways arrival and individual arrivals&middot; Maintaining orderliness of compound and facilities&middot; Report any irregularities for immediate repairs and actions.Job Type: Full-timePay: QAR1,700.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>AC Technician: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
