&middot; Applying the protective and decorative coat of paint, varnishing and other related materials to the interior and exterior surfaces of the building and other structures.&middot; Cleaning the painting equipment, paint mixing area and the work area&middot; Maintaining the proper matching with the appropriate paint procedures&middot; Perform all assignments given by immediate supervisor&middot; Monitoring job card assignment and getting job card done at the right time.&middot; Coordination with Data Entry in opening and closing of job card.&middot; Accurately and promptly fulfilling tenant&rsquo;s request.&middot; Coordinate with tenants, co-staff, supervisors in the operational matters.&middot; Attending emergency works (if any)&middot; Attending arrivals preparation of units&middot; Maintaining orderliness of compound and facilities&middot; Report any painting irregularities for immediate repairs and actions.Job Type: Full-timePay: From QAR1,300.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Painter: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>
