 About The Role
 
 
 
 As a
 
 Sales Development Representative (SDR)
 
 , you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities within the United States restaurant market. You will focus primarily on outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, engaging restaurant owners and key decision-makers to identify fit and schedule high-quality discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.
 
 
 This role is ideal for someone with
 
 at least 1 year of experience in US-based sales
 
 , who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and understands the fundamentals of B2B SaaS selling. Experience in restaurant sales or restaurant technology is a strong plus.
 
 
 
 What will be your responsibilities?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proactively generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels targeting US-based restaurants.
 </li>
 <li>
 Qualify inbound leads by conducting initial discovery conversations to assess needs, budget, authority, and timing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoff and CRM documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers to create pipeline opportunities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate records of activities, conversations, and pipeline updates in CRM.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline generated).
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with sales leadership to refine outreach messaging, country-specific strategies, and positioning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay updated on US restaurant industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance prospect conversations.

 What We're Looking For
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience in US-based sales (B2B or SaaS preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of outbound prospecting and sales qualification frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Confidence in cold calling and handling objections professionally.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills and ability to manage pipeline efficiently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good to Have: Experience selling to restaurants, restaurant tech, POS systems, CRM, or AI-based solutions.

 About The Role
 
 
 
 We're looking for a
 
 Performance Creative Designer
 
 who can create scroll-stopping ad creatives and social media content that converts. You'll design high-impact visuals for paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok) and organic social content for both AIO and our restaurant clients. This role blends creativity with performance marketing, you'll use data and AI tools to iterate quickly and optimize for results.
 
 
 
 
 
 What will be your responsibilities?
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns- static images, carousels, and light motion
 </li>
 <li>
 Create scroll-stopping social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) with strong hooks and CTAs
 </li>
 <li>
 Rapidly iterate on creative variations for A/B testing based on performance data (CTR, CVR, ROAS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana Pro, Higgsfield, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate production and ideation
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt designs across formats and platforms, resizing, reformatting, and optimizing for each placement
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain brand consistency across AIO marketing and diverse restaurant client brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Lead to understand campaign goals and creative strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain organized design systems, templates, and reusable components in Figma
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-4 years of experience designing for digital advertising, social media, or DTC brands
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong portfolio demonstrating high-performing ad creatives and social content
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with AI design tools- not optional, this is core to the role
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of what makes creative convert: hooks, benefit-forward messaging, visual hierarchy
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work at high velocity, fast turnarounds, multiple iterations, tight deadlines
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong typography, color theory, and composition skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and social-first design trends
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Bonus Skills (Optional)

 Experience in restaurant, food &amp; beverage, or hospitality industry
 </li>

 Basic motion graphics skills (After Effects, CapCut) for animated social content
