 About the Role</h3>
We are seeking a Data Analyst who will transform complex customer, product, and revenue data into actionable insights that shape our product roadmap and business strategy. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Engineering, and Revenue teams to ensure data accuracy, build analytic models, and uncover opportunities that accelerate product adoption and success.

What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3>
&#9989; Own data analysis across core product initiatives and customer experience metrics 
&#9989; Build dashboards, reporting models, and KPIs that influence product decisions 
&#9989; Conduct deep-dive analyses into product usage trends, feature performance, churn, and customer behavior 
&#9989; Develop and maintain data pipelines needed for reporting and analytics 
&#9989; Partner with Product to evaluate experiments and validate success criteria 
&#9989; Clean, transform, and QA data to ensure high integrity and accessibility 
&#9989; Collaborate with teams to translate insights into clear business recommendations 
&#9989; Support leadership with forecasting and strategic data needs 
&#9989; Help drive the maturity of Alpine IQ&rsquo;s analytics function over time<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Bring</h3>
 2&ndash;5 years experience in data analytics (preferably SaaS / product-focused) 
 Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases 
 Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) 
 Proven ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams 
 A love of problem-solving and turning data into compelling stories 
 Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions with data 
Bonus: Knowledge of Python or R for statistical work 
Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS metrics (LTV, churn, activation analysis, etc.)

About The Role AIQ is looking for a Manager - Business Development who will partner-source and partner-influence revenue for AIQ by building high-quality pipeline with hyperscalers, ISVs, and strategic SIs; orchestrating co-sell pursuits; and enabling entry into priority markets. The role is aligned to the Growth pillars defined for the Business Development & Partnerships (Alliance Revenue, Product & Data Integration, New-Market Entry, Joint GTM Campaigns, Partner Governance).
