 YOUR ROLE AS A :
 
 
 
 AirAsia X is seeking a dynamic and service-oriented
 
 Guest Services Officer &ndash; Bahrain International Airport
 
 to be part of the best airline team in the sky!
 
 
 This position reports to the
 
 Station Manager
 
 . The Guest Services Officer shall maintain the highest level of
 
 safety, security, and service standards
 
 for all ground operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 
 This position reports to the Station Manager. The Guest Service Officer shall also maintain the highest level of safety, security, and service standards for ground operations.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 YOUR DUTIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To ensure the smooth daily operations by Guest Services at
 
 Check-in Counter, Gate Management, and Arrival Hall
 
 , including preparation of
 
 daily operations reports
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure that staff are properly planned before the start of operations by:
 </li>
 <li>
 Updating staff on any information
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducting briefing and de-briefing
 </li>
 <li>
 Assigning staff to their designated areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring all required tools are sufficient and in order
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure the
 
 check-in counter opens 4 hours before departure time
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure all systems are running prior to counter opening (i.e.
 
 conveyor, BHS, tubs, and FIDS
 
 ).
 </li>
 <li>
 To
 
 monitor staff movement and discipline
 
 and report to superior for further action when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 To
 
 react promptly to any delay
 
 and inform the Supervisor on duty to take necessary action.
 </li>
 <li>
 To ensure all
 
 SOPs are implemented in accordance with GOM
 
 .
 </li>
 <li>
 To comply with
 
 Airline Standards, Safety Performance, applicable laws, and procedures
 
 in all locations where operations are conducted.
 </li>
 </ul>

 good interpersonal and communication skills

 Able to work on shifts
