As a result of our continued expansion, we are looking for a qualified lawyer with significant experience of working within American laws. 
Job Description 
<ul><li>
Review and quality-check contracts and legal documents drafted by junior team members, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory standards.</li><li>
Negotiate and finalise complex international agreements, including client, supplier, and airline contracts.</li><li>
Provide clear, business-focused legal advice on cross-jurisdictional commercial and regulatory matters.</li><li>
Mentor and guide junior lawyers, offering feedback on drafting, negotiation strategy, and risk management.</li><li>
Oversee legal processes and contract management systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance with internal policies.</li><li>
Escalate material risks or sensitive issues and support business stakeholders in balancing legal and commercial objectives.</li><li>
Contribute to the development of legal playbooks, templates, and training to strengthen team capability.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Qualified US lawyer (or former US practising lawyer) with experience in the US legal and regulatory system.</li><li>
Prior in-house experience essential</li><li>
Experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts in a cross-jurisdictional or international context</li><li>
Experience in providing high-level legal advice, overseeing legal processes, and mentoring junior lawyers.</li></ul></div>
