 Flight Operations Coordinator
 
 to support our Office CEO in managing a busy desk and flight operations. As a Flight Operations Coordinator, you will be supporting the Office CEO with his portfolio of clients. This is a dynamic role where you&rsquo;ll be at the heart of luxury travel, working closely with airlines, airports, and clients to make every flight a success.

 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
 A DAY IN THE LIFE
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist the Office CEO with his portfolio of clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop an expert understanding of aircraft and the chartering process
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage flight bookings with airlines from confirmation through post-flight report issuance
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide administrative support, including weather briefings, CFMU checks, flight watching, and overseeing departures
 </li>
 <li>
 Flight repping as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with airlines, airports, and clients for smooth flight operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Build relationships with airlines and FBOs worldwide
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain airport and airline contact information in the database
 </li>
 <li>
 Build a wide and effective network of contacts inside and outside the organization
 </li>
 <li>
 Make prompt, clear decisions, even when they involve tough choices or considered risks
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating personal and operational tasks

 Experience in flight operations and communication with airlines and FBOs
 </li>
 <li>
 Ambition, drive, and self-motivation
 </li>
 <li>
 Hardworking and flexible
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong resilience with the ability to thrive under pressure
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to meet deadlines and solve problems effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid UAE driving license
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid passport with the ability to gain visas for travel within the Middle East and Europe
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent eye for detail to go beyond delivering outstanding service for clients
