 Job Description
 
 
 
 
 
 THE ROLE
 
 
 
 
 
 Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Win, develop and retain new business
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the full charter process from initial enquiry through to completion
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage existing industry relationships while proactively identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic prospecting and networking
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate charter terms with aircraft operators to secure competitive pricing and optimal availability
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain an in-depth understanding of global charter markets, aircraft availability, and operator performance
 </li>
 <li>
 Deliver a consistently high level of client service and discretion
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to the development of the local charter business, helping shape market strategy and growth initiatives
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the business within key client and industry networks
 </li>
 <li>
 As the business grows, take on responsibility for mentoring and developing junior brokers
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with senior leadership on long-term growth plans and team expansion

 Previous experience in Private Jet chartering - ESSENTIAL
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent understanding of the aviation industry and chartering market
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive aircraft knowledge
 </li>
 <li>
 Has a proven track record of selling charters and identifying sales leads
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Enjoys working toward goals and objectives in a competitive environment
 </li>
 <li>
 High attention to detail
