We are seeking a locally connected, community-focused Membership Sales Manager to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership throughout Carrollton, Georgia, and surrounding communities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, networking with local business owners, and becoming a trusted presence within the communities they serve. You will play a key role in helping families and businesses gain access to valuable emergency medical transportation benefits.</p><p>
AirMedCare Network (AMCN) is part of Global Medical Response (GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN delivers compassionate, quality medical care, primarily in the areas of emergency and patient relocation services in the United States. We offer unique membership programs including emergent air, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance services that provide peace of mind to families, employers, and communities.</p><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Drive Local Impact:</b> Sales Manager spends approximately 90% of your time in the field throughout Alabama and surrounding regional markets, meeting people where they live and work. You will engage local businesses (70% B2B focus) and individual consumers (30% B2C focus), educating them on the value of AMCN membership and helping protect families, employees, and communities throughout the territory.</li><li><b>Develop Relationships:</b> Identify and cultivate new leads through door-to-door outreach, cold calling, referrals, local events, chamber of commerce activities, first responder partnerships, community celebrations, and networking opportunities throughout the territory.</li><li><b>Sales Process Management:</b> Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative, educational approach that connects AMCN's services to the real-life needs of families, employees, and business owners in the territory.</li><li><b>Champion with Purpose:</b> Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner by attending community events and building long-term relationships with civic groups, employers, healthcare-related organizations, schools, first responder agencies, and small businesses to strengthen brand awareness and credibility across the territory.</li></ul><p><b>
Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><b>Education:</b> High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with frequent regional travel is essential.</li><li><b>Sales Expertise:</b> 3 years of previous B2C or B2B solutions-based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred. Experience selling in relationship-driven, community-focused markets is a strong plus.</li><li><b>Industry Knowledge:</b> Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transport services, preferred.</li></ul><p><b>

JOB SUMMARY:</b></p><p>
The Manager of the Pre-Bill (Payor Verification / Claim Prep &amp; File) for Government claims, serves as a cornerstone in the Revenue Cycle team, steering members toward consistent levels of quality, efficiency, and productivity to ensure all departmental goals are met. Through active mentorship, they provide employees with clear guidance, motivation, and a sense of purpose, all of which are essential in advancing the department&rsquo;s mission and driving collective success. By directly overseeing revenue continuity and streamlining key processes, this manager not only ensures financial stability but also fosters a positive, collaborative workplace culture.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Implement, manage, and provide oversight to develop processes that result in a consistent and predictable cash flow.</li><li>
Maintain a working knowledge of government billing regulations (including but not limited to CMS).</li><li>
Ensure billing compliance and claim integrity with timely payor verification and claims submission.</li><li>
Mentor and grow leadership and staff.</li><li>
Set and manage goals that foster and motivate high performing teams.</li><li>
Maintain effective collaboration with both Pre-Bill and Post-Bill teams that support first file claim cleans.</li><li>

</div><div>The Base Pilot Supervisor (BPS) is the front-line supervisor for the Line Pilots assigned to the base. The BPS will work in conjunction with the Program Director to ensure the base operates in an efficient, safe, and economical manner.</div><div></div><div><b><br>
RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><div></div><div><br>
Provides leadership and training to Base Line Pilots:</div><ul><li>
Develops and coordinates with the Regional Director of Flight Operations on the pilot duty schedules
</li><li>Coordinates with the Program Director on the flight planning activities and resources for mission support at the base</li><li>
Conducts local area orientations for all new hire pilots assigned to the base</li><li>
Coordinates the aviation activities associated with public relations events
</li><li>Reviews, corrects, and submits to the Regional Director of Flight Operations each base pilot&rsquo;s monthly flight/duty log in the required time frame</li><li>
Monitors pilots at the base and assists in the day-to-day management of flight and administrative issues</li><li>
Submits all assigned base pilot&rsquo;s payroll grids to the Regional Director of Flight Operations</li><li>
Operates the aircraft in a safe and efficient manner, with emphasis on compliance with the Rotorcraft Flight Manual</li><li>
Monitors forecast changes and current weather situations</li><li>
Conducts preflight of the aircraft prior to starting shift and/or accepting transports or flights. Preflight will be conducted utilizing the appropriate rotorcraft flight manual. Discrepancies noted during the pre-flight will be noted in the engineering log with a notification to maintenance of the discrepancy and what corrective action is being taken</li><li>
Reports to his/her shift rested and prepared for duty and stays current of weather and forecast changes</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
