</div><div><p>
As a Human Resource Manager, your mission is to drive functional excellence across all aspects of HR at Air &amp; Gas Solutions. Serving as a strategic business partner, this role will lead people management initiatives, policy compliance, process improvements, and provide guidance to leaders to ensure alignment with business goals. You will report to the General Manager.</p>
<p>
You will</p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, including providing regular updates to the General Manager on HR-related matters.</li>
<li>Partner with leaders to execute HR and talent strategies in areas such as workforce planning, employee retention, engagement, leadership coaching, performance management, and change management.</li>
<li>Lead the talent acquisition process to attract top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.</li>
<li>Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on complex or sensitive issues, including investigations, corrective actions, and terminations.</li>
<li>Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote productivity and morale through events, rewards, and recognition programs.</li>
<li>Manage the company&rsquo;s compensation structure, incentive plans, and salary planning processes to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices while ensuring compliance with FLSA and pay equity requirements. Oversee payroll submissions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li>
<li>Coordinating the annual merit increase cycle alongside performance appraisals to motivate high-quality work and growth.</li>
<li>Maintain and analyze HR metrics, including headcount, sick leave, and other KPIs to support leadership reporting.</li>
<li>Participate in management, company-wide, and HR-specific meetings related to people management.</li>
<li>Stay current with U.S. labor laws, regulations, immigration policies, and HR best practices, including emerging technologies in HR and talent management.

<li>4-year degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.</li>
<li>5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with strategic and functional expertise.</li>
<li>A master's degree in Human Resources and/or certification as an HRCI-SPHR or SHRM-SCP is advantageous.</li>
<li>Experience in a matrixed or decentralized organization preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.</li>
<li>Adaptable, professional, and discreet.</li>
<li>Knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance and industry best practices; experience conducting internal investigations and making employment decisions that mitigate the Company&rsquo;s legal risks.</li>
<li>Experience in HR systems, preferably SAPSuccessFactors &amp; Dayforce</li>
<li>Demonstrated agility in managing multiple projects simultaneously and shifting priorities to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS/talent systems.</li>
<li>Collaborative, team-oriented, and open to occasional travel.</li>
