Job responsibilities:</b></div>
<div><ul><li>Organize, coordinate, and control all contract handling services on behalf of the customer, in a safe and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Implement procedures designed to meet all customer targets and service requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure that handling services do not adversely affect the safe and punctual operation of the customer&rsquo;s flight services.</li>
<li>Hire and develop a highly motivated work force.</li>
<li>Ensure all necessary training standards are achieved or exceeded.</li>
<li>Ensure all customer targets are achieved or exceeded.</li>
<li>Ensure all safety standards are adhered to.</li>
<li>Ensure all TSA Directives and any other security procedures are complied with in accordance with their programs and mandates.</li>
<li>Initiate directives and procedures, which will enhance service levels to the customer.</li>
<li>Meet regularly with other managers and supervisors to establish constant feedback and action plan for any improvements in service handling.</li>
<li>Take the appropriate disciplinary action for breaches of safety, security, violations of company rules or service matters.</li>
<li>Ensure all incidents or service complaints are fully investigated. Provide full and concise written reports.</li>
<li>Evaluate all recommendations for service improvements and ensure they are implemented.</li>
<li>Establish a protocol for the handling of employee and administrative matters with the objective of obtaining maximum productivity and performance.</li>
<li>Develop responsible routines with customers and subordinates for handling services planning, control and feedback with particular emphasis on good communications.</li>
<li>Liaise with customer on a formal and routine basis for feedback on performance. Ensure all reasonable customer requests are carried out.</li>
<li>Maintain adequate system of performance measurements as required.</li>
<li>Ensure quality standards are met at all times.</li>
<li>Oversee all fiscal transactions and ensure integrity of cash receipts systems and banking procedures for AGI and our clients. Provide proper physical security of cash and revenues received from customers.</li>
<li>Ensure financial audits and service audits are properly administered.</li>
<li>Spot check the cash receipts records and ensure station audits and customer audit follow ups are actioned promptly.</li>
<li>Ensure safety, security, and serviceability of premises, equipment, and all fixtures and assets.</li>
<li>Ensure that bonded cargo is stored in assigned location and that procedures for special cargo, valuable cargo, etc. are in place and adhered to.</li>
<li>Meet with customer&rsquo;s clients, as requested, to enhance customer confidence, client rapport, and business integrity.</li>
<li>Attend industry meetings and interface with airport officials and local and federal agencies.</li>
<li>Ensure customer&rsquo;s VIP accounts are serviced with extra care and without problems.</li>
<li>Ensure sensitive commodities (HRs, DGs) are treated with extra supervision from Station Manager and Ops Manager levels, down to line supervisors.</li>
<li>Advance the reputation of both Air General, and in particular the customer, by maintaining a professional company image among all employees.</li>
<li>Aggressively reduce overtime, payroll costs, and other operational costs.</li>
<li>Conduct periodic and annual performance appraisals for all staff.</li>
<li>Obtain over-limit spending approvals from Corp. prior to spending.</li>
<li>Report payable invoices in timely manner to Corp.</li>
<li>Seek and report to Corp. on new revenue opportunities.</li>

<div><ul><li>5 years minimum Domestic and/or International air cargo experience preferred.</li>
<li>High school degree, or GED required. Advanced degree preferred.</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills.</li>
<li>Must be able to obtain a valid airport SIDA badge.</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age.</li>
<li>Must have a valid and unexpired US Driver&rsquo;s license.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.</li>
<li>Candidates must possess some intermediate computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office programs.</li>
<li>Must be able to clearly understand and communicate in English when performing essential job functions.</li>
<li>Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings, background checks, and airport/government security background checks, applicable Custom Security Seal, and post offer drug screens.</li>
