New Jersey's premier HVAC-Plumbing-Electrical company is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians to join our team. A minimum of<b> 6</b><b> years of experience is required</b>. This position reports to our Service Manager and our ideal candidate must be flexible with overtime and weekend customer needs (voluntary). Hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>

Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li>
Six years of residential HVAC service and maintenance experience</li><li>
Completion of HVAC trade school program</li><li>
EPA 608 certification</li><li>
Ability to work independently on gas furnaces, hydronic boilers and A/C systems - including mini-splits</li><li>
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record</li><li>
Ability to read, understand, and follow manufacturer and Air Group, LLC installation guides</li><li>
Professional appearance</li><li>
Excellent communication skills - the ability to speak with customers professionally and respectfully</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to produce quality and consistent workmanship to avoid callbacks</li><li>
Ability to use technology tools to record and view job information/history</li><li>
Safety first mindset and the ability to keep an organized, clean workspace</li><li>
Fluent in English (read, write, speak)</li><li>
US Citizen or Green card holder (no sponsorship is available now or in the future)</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
