 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 This position is to be a supporting hand with common day-to-day functions in the service department. The majority of this position is to be an accommodating hand to the billing portion for the service-related section. Alongside working with the dispatcher, service assistant, management, technicians, and others to create a steady, stress-free work environment.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:

 Maintiain Service billing
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer support
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft correspondences and other formal documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and schedule appointments and events
 </li>
 <li>
 Answer inbound telephone calls
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Technician Growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Grow Service sales
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial HVAC service experience in order to give technical support
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to prioritize and multitask
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Ideal Candidate:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Must have experience with working in the commercial HVAC industry, preferably 5+ years.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to work with a service dispatch software
 </li>
 <li>
 Have proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and outlook.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong work ethic and good attendance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Having prior billing experience is a plus.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Billing:
 
 
 
 The billing section is the top priority of this position. You must be able to:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understand and complete the billing of service calls.
 </li>
 <li>
 Known knowledge of the process of service work orders with correct information.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand today&rsquo;s pricing structure of HVAC Commercial Industry.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Working with Technicians:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Being able to answer any technical questions that the technicians have come across and coming up with a recommendation, solution, or strategy that happens on the job in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the customer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reaching out to the technician for any verification that is needed for a ongoing work order, get the answer to questions that a customer might have, have all correct equipment/parts information with price and availability either through a quote from vendor or a direct email from technician if they called.
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Assisting Office Space:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 To help Dispatch with any technical questions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Answering any incoming phone calls and directing them to the right personnel.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating and assisting with quotes from the recommendations made by the technician with dispatch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Checking our Service Email and to respond accordingly, either to right personal or to notify dispatch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Being able to cover certain positions like Service Assistant or Dispatch in cases that they are not in office.
 </li>
 <li>
 To be able to handle any requests or instructions from supervisors.
 </li>
