We are looking for an JuniorAccounts Executive to work on our company&rsquo;s financial operations, including sales billing, purchase entries, bookkeeping, and reconciliation in Tally/excel. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day financial activities for a fast-paced courier and logistics business.Key Activates:Record sales and purchase transactions accurately in Tally/excel.Maintain vendor and client account statements.Verify vendor bills and process payments after approval.Coordinate with clients for billing clarifications and payment follow-ups.Liaise with vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and settlements.Required Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;2 years as an Accounts Executive, preferably in the Courier/Logistics industry.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory).</li><li>Expert in MS Excel and Knowledge of basic accounting software.</li><li>Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.</li><li>Strong analytical and numerical skills.</li><li>Good communication and coordination ability.</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy.</li></ul>Key Competencies<ul><li>Must be good in Communication skills</li><li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced logistics environment.</li><li>Time management skills for handling multiple billing cycles.</li><li>Problem-solving attitude for resolving discrepancies quickly.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.15 - ₹22,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>do you have experience in courier or logistic industry?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English(Speek,Write, Read)- Must Have (Required)</li></ul>
