Keep the techs organized and working profitably 2. Know where each of our many Techs are and their progress on the jobs.. 3. Interact and schedule jobs with customers &amp; our officeExperience &amp; skills required: 1. Strong dispatch skills 2. Organized 3. Responsible 4. A sense of &quot;ownership&quot; 5. Accounting experience or knowledge would be an asset 6. Excellent communication skills (verbally and written) 7. A good memory 8. An overall knowledge of HVAC / R systems is a HUGE assetThe candidate will be working with the main dispatcher to ensure the jobs and service calls run smoothly.Compensation: 1.
