Tariffs and factory re-sourcing chaos have created a &ldquo;once in a decade&rdquo; opportunity for growth.Position We are looking for a community manager with 3+ years experience in this role. You will work directly with the CEO and GTM engineer. Character, execution, communication and performance are mandatory in our high growth environment.Responsibilities As community manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining a vibrant online community for Airbatch. You will develop and manage our online social media platforms, create engaging content, and foster strong relationships with our audience.Objectives<ul><li>Developing and implementing community engagement strategies that align with Airbatch&rsquo;&rsquo;s goals and objectives.</li><li>Managing and growing our online community presence across various platforms, including social media, forums and our company website.</li><li>Fostering a positive and inclusive community environment, encouraging active participation and interaction.</li><li>Monitoring and responding to community members&rsquo; inquiries, comments and feedback in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, customer support and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and support for community initiatives.</li><li>Analysing community metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.</li><li>Organising and hosting virtual events, webinars and community meetups to engage and connect with our audience.</li></ul>Tasks<ul><li>Create, curate and manage content (including posts, videos, webinars, etc.) for online platforms, ensuring it is relevant, engaging and aligned with the Airbatch&rsquo;s brand voice.</li><li>Monitor community platforms for discussions, issues and trends and provide insights to the relevant teams.</li><li>Develop and enforce community guidelines to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members.</li><li>Identify and cultivate relationships with key community members and influencers to foster loyalty and advocacy.</li><li>Gather and analyse feedback from the community to inform marketing, product development and improvement teams.</li><li>Track and report on community engagement metrics, including member growth, activity levels and sentiment.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and emerging platforms to continually enhance community engagement strategies.</li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field.</li><li>Demonstrable portfolio as a Community Manager or in a similar role, with 2-5 years in community management or social media management.</li><li>Strong understanding of online community platforms, social media tools and analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with content management systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.</li><li>Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse audiences.</li><li>Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute innovative community engagement initiatives.</li><li>Skilled in conflict resolution, problem-solving and project management.</li><li>High level of empathy, patience and professionalism in handling community interactions.</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Preferred <ul><li>Relevant certification in community management, social media, or similar.</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.</li><li>Solid knowledge of digital marketing and SEO practices.</li><li>Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.</li><li>Experience in organising and managing online events.</li><li>Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.</li><li>Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.</li></ul>Compensation Base salary.
