We design drone light shows&mdash;massive, glowing, moving artworks in the sky&mdash;and we need a creative mind who can turn ideas into motion.This role mixes 3D animation, video editing, visual storytelling, and a touch of technical magic. If you enjoy crafting visuals that make people stop and stare, you&rsquo;ll fit right in.What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing&ndash; Create fun, clean, and expressive 3D animations in Blender &ndash; Edit videos, showreels, BTS footage, and promo content &ndash; Build technical animations that translate into real drone formations &ndash; Assist in creating pre-visualizations, motion tests, and visuals for shows &ndash; Collaborate with artists + engineers to bring sky-scale ideas to lifeWhat You Need&ndash; Solid Blender fundamentals (animation, modeling, rigging, layout basics) &ndash; Good grasp of VFX fundamentals (timing, motion, composition) &ndash; Comfort with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Resolve, etc.) &ndash; Eye for color, rhythm, and clean transitions &ndash; Bonus: Any experience in motion graphics or procedural toolsWhat Makes This Role Exciting&ndash; You&rsquo;ll work on real drone light shows&mdash;your animations literally take flight &ndash; Every day is hands-on, creative, energetic, and fast-paced &ndash; You&rsquo;ll be part of a team where ideas turn into sky-scale visuals &ndash; Your work gets seen by thousands of people in live events &ndash; Creative freedom with a team that loves experimentingJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
