 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 The Project Financial Controller is responsible for administering and processing several affairs related to the Financial Department. Mainly Invoicing Management and the project treasury related aspects of Airbus Defence and Space Saudi Ltd. and all affiliated parties. He/She is responsible for managing the timely issuance of the invoices for internal and external customers. He/She is also responsible for the relationship with banks in terms of the coordination for guarantees and letters of credit in line with Airbus Corporate treasury, and improving the relation with the banks for corporate and personal aspects. He/She will coordinate for all topics related to Insurance; projects and corporate level. He/She will communicate with the customers of the various business lines in connection with his/her work.
 
 
 As part of his /her duties, he/she will have to establish KPI&rsquo;s documented processes for the activities of Projects Financial Department. He/She will work closely with projects responsible, contract managers, accounting and controlling managers and with related local partners and banks. He/She needs to support other financial matters such as VAT reconciliation process and assisting during the corporate audits (external/internal). Ensure compliance with the local tax and legal directives as well as with Airbus guidance.

 PERSON SPECIFICATIONS:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Financial/Management degree (professional certification will be preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 3 years of relevant project experience in subject matters. Managing complex and demanding situations, preferably with experience in the cultural environment of Saudi Arabia
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic skills (Native)
 </li>
 <li>
 Several years of experience in the cultural environment of Saudi Arabia or an Arabic country
 </li>
 <li>
 Working level experience in dealing with government bodies and ministries is a must
 </li>
 <li>
 MS Office Excel / SAP
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to coordinate meetings and effective communication and liaison with various parties
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 The HRBP acts as a business partner to support managers in their management role by providing advice on all people related matters. He/She will also contribute to the implementation of HR policies &amp; processes within his/her perimeter. The HRBP will ensure coherency between business objectives and human resources strategy.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:

 Supports managers in their management role by providing advice on all people related matters.

 Acts as business partner for one or more departments (line and/or project).
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributes to the implementation of HR policies &amp; processes within his/her perimeter.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures coherency between business objectives and human resources strategy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates and drives specific projects linked to People &amp; Culture function.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborates with other HR functions such as Talent Management, Reward, Learning &amp; Development, Recruitment etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitors compensation &amp; benefits proposals according to market trends and cost efficiency principles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manages mobility and career development programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identifies training needs according to department requirements and liaises with Training &amp; Development Department to organize appropriate solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures compliance with local regulations regarding labor law, health &amp; safety, environment...etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides guidance to managers on disciplinary &amp; grievance procedures when needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administers the Performance Management process within his/her area of responsibility.

 Job Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 University degree in HR Management or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Talent Acquisition
 </li>
 <li>
 At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Good knowledge of Saudi labour laws &amp; regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to influence and negotiate at different levels of the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational and time management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a multinational company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a matrix organization.
