 The Apprenticeship covers all domains of System Engineering: Integration, Verification &amp; Validation, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering etc.
 
 
 List of Responsibility :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordination of Change Requests and their impact assessment
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating the preparation of engineering reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing responses to customer letters and customer presentations
 </li>
 <li>
 Review of technical documentation produced in the engineering teams, like architecture documents, technical whitepapers, test procedures etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organization of engineering data, like documents, design information, using Atlassian Confluence, Jira, Office, DOORS, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creation, review and monitoring of Bug reports using Jira &amp; Atlassian Software suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Creation and execution of test cases in a Large Scale System (LSI) environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Report to Domain Leads and Chief Engineer regarding mentioned activities
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Person Specifications :
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Electrical Engineering / Information Technology or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 MS in Engineering preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge in systems engineering, software engineering and related tools, or interested into learning it
 </li>
 <li>
 Well working level of English speaking and writing
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexible and able to act as a team player in an international, multi cultural team
 </li>
 <li>
 able to adapt fast to new technologies, workflows, and complex environments
 </li>
 <li>
 willingness to do the extra mile if needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 The Human Resources department in Airbus Defense &amp; Space is looking for an apprentice to support the day-to-day activities of the team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and insights into human resources management while contributing to the success of the organization.  Job Responsibilities:

 Supporting the recruitment process by posting jobs on various platforms, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assisting with new hire paperwork and onboarding processes, including background checks and visa sponsorship.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining accurate records and databases related to employee information and benefits enrollments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organizing company events and activities, such as training sessions, social gatherings, and team building exercises.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing administrative support to managers and employees, handling requests and inquiries in a timely manner.

 Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination between teams.

 Job Qualifications:

 Currently enrolled in a relevant university degree program, preferably in business administration or human resources.

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
 </li>

 Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English language is a plus.
