 Role Overview
 
 : We are seeking a Director of Procurement to lead and optimize our global procurement function. This role will focus on strategic vendor negotiations, supplier management, cost optimization, and procurement operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor negotiations and procurement best practices in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a hands-on leader who can build scalable procurement processes and partner cross-functionally to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 Strategic Procurement &amp; Sourcing

 Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with Aircall&rsquo;s business goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead vendor selection and negotiations to ensure cost-effectiveness, service quality, and scalability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and spend optimization across the company.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and track KPIs for procurement performance, focusing on cost savings, supplier efficiency, and risk mitigation.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Vendor Management &amp; Negotiation
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage relationships with key vendors, ensuring performance, pricing, and contract compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead pricing and service negotiations with suppliers to maximize value while maintaining strong partnerships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement a supplier evaluation and selection framework to ensure alignment with company needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with Legal and Finance to ensure contracts align with business objectives, though this role does not directly lead contract negotiations.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Operational Excellence &amp; Compliance
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Establish and enforce procurement policies and processes to ensure transparency, efficiency, and compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure procurement activities align with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with IT and Security teams to ensure vendors meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement tools and systems to streamline procurement operations and improve visibility into company-wide spend.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Cross-Functional Collaboration
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with Finance, IT, Legal, Security, and Business Leaders to align procurement with company needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide strategic procurement insights to stakeholders, helping teams optimize vendor relationships.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or strategic sourcing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven expertise in vendor negotiation, and supplier management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience in managing global vendor relationships across multiple regions (US, EMEA, APAC).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with spend analytics, and ERP systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to drive cost savings and operational efficiencies while maintaining service quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of legal, financial, and compliance considerations in vendor agreements, working closely with Legal but not leading contract negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a fast-paced, scaling company with a complex vendor ecosystem.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 $180,000 - $220,000 a year
