Job Title:Content Creator &amp; Social Media Manager (Gaming)Job OverviewWe&rsquo;re looking for one person to own content for Audio Radar.This is not a typical social media role. You will create, edit, post, and test content daily as we launch a new gaming product.If you already make content and want real responsibility &mdash; this is for you.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Create daily short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)</li><li>Shoot gameplay across PC, Xbox, and PlayStation</li><li>Edit video fast (hooks, pacing, captions, overlays)</li><li>Post content and engage with comments and DMs</li><li>Test ideas and improve what works</li><li>Create simple ad creatives (video + stills)</li><li>Help with product videos, website visuals, and content shoots</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>You already create content (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)</li><li>You understand short-form video and what performs</li><li>You can shoot and edit quickly without a lot of direction</li><li>You play video games regularly</li><li>You are consistent, reliable, and self-directed</li></ul>Nice to Have<ul><li>Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools</li><li>Experience with gameplay capture (OBS, Elgato, etc.)</li><li>Graphic design or motion graphics skills</li><li>Any connection to the deaf or hard-of-hearing community</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll Get<ul><li>Full ownership of content (not just posting)</li><li>Real work that will run as ads and social campaigns</li><li>Hands-on experience with a product launch</li><li>Direct access to the founder and a small team</li><li>Fast-paced, creative environment (not corporate)</li></ul>Work EnvironmentOn-site in Zeeland, Michigan.
