Job Description:
The Lead HVAC Installer is responsible for overseeing and executing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role includes leading a team of installers, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service
Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Installation, maintenance, repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems</li><li>
Insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment</li><li>
Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed</li><li>
Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition</li><li>
Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required</li><li>
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in fun positions!</li></ul>
Preferred Job Requirements for a Lead HVAC Installer:<ul><li>
Excellent communication skills</li><li>
Professional appearance and Positive attitude</li><li>
Experienced Residential HVAC &amp; Refrigeration knowledge</li><li>
Valid State Driver's License &amp; clean driving record</li><li>
Able to lift up to 60 lbs.</li><li>

Pay:
$20-40 per hour!!! With a 100k or more earning potential through monthly bonuses and performances pay!!!

This role includes mostly residential and some light commercial HVAC System Design work. Help design a system of equipment that will meet customers&rsquo; heating and cooling needs. Designing effective systems includes performing heat gain / loss calculations and piecing together appropriately sized and compatible components that meet customer needs.

Your Responsibilities as an HVAC Comfort Designer
As a professional HVAC Sales Associate / Home Comfort Designer, you are a key team member who proactively nurtures customer relationships and helps customers design an HVAC system that will meet their home comfort needs. 
Specific Responsibilities: 
<ul><li>
Available to go on two to three calls per day, including some weekends and evenings to accommodate customer availability</li><li>
Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>
Complete all necessary paperwork including agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes, and rebate forms.</li><li>
Lead generation activities include attending networking events, home shows, community events, and making outbound calls.</li><li>
Attend weekly sales meetings and coaching sessions.</li></ul>

Benefits &amp; Pay
The estimate pay for this position is $40,000 - $125,000 based on your sales performance. Previous knowledge of HVAC sales is preferred, but not required.
