About the Role- We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to lead sales for HVAC ventilation and air distribution products in the Bahrain market.- You will be responsible for driving sales of Grilles, Registers, Linear &amp; Ceiling Diffusers,- Louvers, Non-Return Dampers, Fire Dampers, Attenuators, Volume Control Dampers, and other Air Terminal Devices.- This is a technical and consultative sales role that combines product knowledge, client relationship management, and project coordination.Key Responsibilities&#9679; Generate new business and achieve sales targets (BHD 80K).&#9679; Build and maintain strong relationships with M&amp;E consultants, architects, andcontractors.&#9679; Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and technical submittals.&#9679; Conduct technical presentations (CPDs) and provide solutions to clientrequirements.&#9679; Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely projectdelivery.&#9679; Visit client sites, evaluate project needs, and provide technical solutions.&#9679; Maintain accurate sales records, CRM entries, and follow-ups.Qualifications &amp; Skills&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).&#9679; Experienced in HVAC sales and technical solution selling, especially with airterminal and air distribution products.&#9679; Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, and industry standards (SMACNA,DW144, etc.).&#9679; Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.&#9679; Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.&#9679; Valid driving license and GCC market experience preferred.&#9679; Bahraini nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.Benefits&#9679; Competitive salary + performance incentives&#9679; Medical insurance (private hospitals)&#9679; 30 days annual leave&#9679; Other benefits as per Bahrain Labour LawJoin our HVAC team and drive technical sales across Bahrain with innovativesolutions and long-term client relationships!Job Type: Full-timePay: BD600.000 - BD700.000 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What industries have you worked in as a Sales Engineer?</li><li>How do you typically handle objections during the sales process?</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Preferred)</li></ul>
