The Vendor Management Inventory Technician coordinates delivery and supports key vending account customers and customer cabinets / storerooms relative to inventory of gases, consumables and safety products. Additionally, this position does basic troubleshooting and mechanical repairs as needed. This position is dedicated to supporting existing accounts throughout an assigned district.
<ul><li>Delivery and replenishment to customers of various industrial products and vending machine or storeroom items.
</li><li>Reviews manual stock levels of various inventories at multiple plant departments for reorder.
</li><li>Maintains dedicated branch inventory levels for proper replenishment.
</li><li>Tracks and turns in delivery tickets and consignment fill tic kets.
</li><li>Manage and process orders using SAP for supply chain customers over the phone, via email, or other means. Collaborate directly with VMI Technicians to generate quotes for customers on new products and/or existing items.
</li><li>Maintain and update VMI Technician schedules, min/max sheets, and other administrative documents. Assist with the creation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for Supply Chain customers.
</li><li>Assist with the onboarding of new customers with Key Account Coordinator by inputting new parts, quoting out products, and securing samples in the system. Create and edit customer agreements related to pricing and stocking levels.
</li><li>Act as the liaison between the region and suppliers, verifying order confirmations, building alignment on delivery solutions, and following up on backorders.
</li><li>Act as the primary contact for vending machine issues, repairs, and future installations. Escalates additional issues or concerns with the Supply Chain Manager. Coordinate installations with Vending Technicians to ensure timely delivery of new equipment.
</li><li>Update vending machine employee data, part numbers, and other items using the Cribmaster or Supply Pro database.
</li><li>Contributing to team priorities as needed.

</h2>Required Qualifications
<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED Required.
</li><li>Must have a valid US driver&rsquo;s license.
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in product distribution or inventory management.
</li><li>Experience with welding and safety products or related industrial products a plus.
</li><li>Associates or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Welding Technology or Sales preferred.
</li></ul><ul><li>Demonstrated knowledge of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
</li><li>Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
</li><li>Self-starter; self-motivated; operates with a sense of urgency; ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
</li><li>Ability to operate a forklift.
</li><li>Demonstrated planning skills and outstanding personal relationship skills.
</li><li>Demonstrates a clear and effective speaking manner for the purpose of explaining information to customers and employees.
</li><li>Strong problem-solver, with a high level of attention to detail.
</li><li>Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people with different personalities and backgrounds within Airgas and outside the Company.
</li><li>Employee will be required to observe and assess equipment and information received via computer.
</li><li>Requires frequent use of a computer, telephone and operation of a motor vehicle.
</li><li>Able to detect leaking gas from cylinders.
</li><li>Regularly required to position self to equipment and ascend/descend.
</li><li>Regularly required to move up to 60 pounds and transport up to 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
</li><li>Moderate to frequent local travel (75% of work time).
</li><li>Requires both indoor &amp; outdoor environments) in various seasonal weather conditions.
</li><li>Job requires visitation to various Airgas and customer sites, which have varying environments/conditions, layouts, and accessibility. Environment may contain loud noises and/or odors that may last for an extended period of time or on a continual basis.

The Corporate Development Analyst provides critical pre close financial analysis and post close tracking of key milestones of each acquisition integration process. The Corporate Development Analyst will provide FA support to the Corporate Development team in evaluating and executing potential acquisition, divestiture, and other business investment opportunities (&ldquo;Potential Transactions&rdquo;). This role ensures the efficient progression of Potential Transactions by coordinating data collection, preparing supporting documentation, and facilitating process flow.
<ul><li>Through the due diligence process, this role will scrutinize and analyze each target's financial reporting and QoE reports (if available) to ensure an accurate evaluation of each transaction and organize initial financial scenarios and projections.
</li><li>Liaison with the Divisions/Regions to provide L9 and integration expenses for inclusion in the projection model.
</li><li>Accurately record and update all relevant information in the team&rsquo;s CRM application as applicable.
</li><li>Coordinate and maintain transaction files, ensuring all legal documentation and closing materials are organized and complete to support the transaction closing process.
</li><li>Provide administrative support for the coordination of integration and/or divestiture activities including working with legal to run and manage KD Prevent background summaries
</li><li>Assist with compiling and providing data input for monthly reports to Corporate and Group, quarterly reports to the Board of Directors, and other required reporting functions.

</h2>Required Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or other related field or equivalent experience required.
</li><li>7-10 years of professional finance and/or accounting experience, with at least 5 years of professional experience in a corporate environment, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
</li><li>Strong professional presence and the ability to work effectively with senior executives.
</li><li>High level of proficiency in Google Suite applications, with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%.
</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:
<ul><li>SAP or CRM knowledge preferred
</li><li>Foundational working knowledge of Airgas&rsquo; strategic plans and business model to facilitate effective support of Potential Transaction analysis.
</li><li>Fulsome understanding of Airgas financial statements and financial analysis principles.
