We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Data Entry &amp; Computer Operator. The ideal candidate will efficiently manage data entry tasks, maintain accurate records, and handle computer operations including spreadsheet management using Excel and Google Sheets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets.</li><li>Manage and organize large volumes of data while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.</li><li>Prepare, update, and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.</li><li>Perform data validation, cleaning, and formatting to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Assist with daily computer operations, including document preparation, scanning, and printing.</li><li>Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth flow of information and timely completion of tasks.</li><li>Maintain proper filing systems for electronic and physical records.</li><li>Generate reports and summaries as required by management.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis.</li><li>Knowledge of Google Sheets and cloud-based data management.</li><li>Strong typing speed with high accuracy.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge including MS Office, email, and internet research.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.</li><li>Previous experience in data entry or computer operations is a plus.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Diploma or degree in Computer Applications, Office Management, or related field.</li><li>Experience in handling large datasets and reporting.</li><li>Familiarity with basic accounting or ERP systems is an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;14,000.00 - &#8377;22,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Are you proficient in Microsoft Excel?
