How would you contribute?</b></div>
<div>
This role is a contributing member of our Human Resources team located in Omaha, NE. As the HR Administrative Assistant and Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers and provides administrative support to the Human Resources team. This role manages front desk operations, supports HR programs and processes, and ensures a professional, secure, and welcoming experience for employees, candidates, and guests.</div><br>

Essential Duties:</b></div><br>
<p></p>
<p><b>
Front Desk &amp; Visitor Management</b></p>
<ul><li>
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers; route inquiries appropriately and professionally.</li><li>
Welcome onsite visitors, issue badges when required, and notify hosts of arrivals.</li><li>
Manage and maintain the visitor/vendor and security access platforms.</li><li>
Monitor visitor access and comply with site security protocols.</li><li>
Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.</li></ul>
<p><b>
HR &amp; Administrative Support</b></p>
<ul><li>
Coordinate meetings and events; reserve space, send invitations, and arrange food and materials.</li><li>
Prepare and distribute documents and information packets as needed.</li><li>
Support companywide employee programs such as anniversaries and recognition.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all compliance and data protection standards.</li><li>
Perform additional administrative and clerical duties as assigned.</li><li>
Report food safety concerns to management when observed.</li></ul>
<p><b>
Recruitment &amp; Onboarding Support</b></p>
<ul><li>
Support recruiting activities including scheduling interviews, coordinating pre-employment testing, and maintaining applicant tracking systems.</li><li>
Process internal applications and support hiring documentation.</li><li>
Enter and maintain employee data; create, scan, and audit electronic employee files.</li><li>
Support new hire onboarding, including day-one security and access setup.</li><li>
Conduct regular I-9 audits to ensure compliance.</li><li>

Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul><li>
Minimum two years&rsquo; experience in a professional setting providing administrative support.</li>
Intermediate experience in using Microsoft Office applications<br>

<b>Supervisory Responsibilities:</b></p>
<p>
This job has no supervisory responsibilities, however, is required to successfully interface with a wide variety of personnel in a matrixed organization.</p><br>

Physical Demands &amp; Work Environment:</b></p>

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hand dexterity to operate office equipment including computer keyboards; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear.
