For these reasons, our stores keep getting busier while others close the doors.Essential Job Duties:<ul><li>Conduct Physical Inventory and Cycle Counts:</li><li>Perform regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy in stock levels.</li><li>Conduct cycle counts on a scheduled basis to maintain inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.</li><li>Identify and Resolve Inventory Discrepancies:</li><li>Utilize inventory control systems and reports to identify discrepancies in stock levels, pricing, or product descriptions.</li><li>Investigate root causes of discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Implement corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies and improve inventory accuracy.</li><li>Maintain Business Relationships:</li><li>Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to maintain smooth operations and resolve inventory-related issues.</li><li>Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.</li><li>Audit Inbound and Outbound Deliveries:</li><li>Conduct audits on inbound and outbound deliveries to verify quantities, quality, and condition of products.</li><li>Document audit findings and report any discrepancies to management for resolution.</li><li>Prepare Reports on Performance Measures:</li><li>Compile data and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and order fulfillment rates.</li><li>Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to optimize inventory management processes.</li><li>Ensure a Safe Working Environment:</li><li>Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when handling, storing, and transporting inventory.</li><li>Collaborate with safety officers and relevant stakeholders to implement safety measures and procedures.</li><li>Support Internal Departments:</li><li>Assist internal departments, such as sales, customer service, and warehouse operations, by processing inventory-related requests and providing timely information.</li><li>Respond to inquiries from team members regarding inventory status, availability, and stock replenishment.</li><li>Perform Other Duties as Assigned:</li><li>Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities or tasks as needed to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.</li><li>Participate in special projects or initiatives related to inventory management, process improvements, or system upgrades.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>High School diploma or GED required</li><li>Experience in logistics or related field for 2 or more years</li><li>Must satisfactorily pass a drug test</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>English language competence with strong oral, reading and writing skills</li><li>Strong time management and organization skills</li><li>Proficiency in operating a computer, including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint</li><li>Competent in administrative tasks, such as data entry, processing paperwork, email, phone inquiries</li><li>Must be analytical and possess problem solving skills</li><li>Must be able to multitask effectively, adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
