Job Summary : We are looking for a dedicated and experienced person to manage end-to-end procurement operations by ensuring timely PR-to-PO cycles, effective vendor coordination, and adherence to delivery schedules. The incumbent will lead cost negotiations, maintain vendor benchmarks, and ensure accuracy in PO documentation and system entries.Roles &amp; Responsibilities :I. Procurement Timelines&middot; Track PR-to-PO cycles to ensure timely processing and vendor adherence to delivery schedules.&middot; Coordinate with Planning, Stores, and Production teams to prioritize critical orders.II. Negotiation &amp; Cost Management&middot; Lead commercial discussions for large or bulk purchase requirements.&middot; Maintain vendor benchmarks and cost history to achieve optimal pricing.III. Purchase Order (PO) Quality Control&middot; Review and validate POs for technical accuracy, commercial terms, and approval hierarchy.&middot; Ensure all entries in SAP/FMS are clear and aligned for Finance and Stores processing.IV. Vendor Network Expansion&middot; Identify and develop new vendors to bridge technical, cost, or lead time gaps.&middot; Facilitate vendor evaluation, qualification, and trial PO processes.V. Team Oversight &amp; Support&middot; Guide junior buyers and procurement executives in day-to-day activities.&middot; Participate in quarterly performance reviews and internal procurement training initiatives.VI.&middot; Ensure accuracy and ownership in documentation, follow-ups, and vendor communication.&middot; Represent the Purchase Department in interdepartmental planning and review forumsSkills Required &middot; Good knowledge of procurement processes and systems (SAP preferred)&middot; Vendor management and cost benchmarking expertise&middot; Excellent coordination, communication, and reporting ability&middot; Team player with attention to detail and a proactive work approach&middot; Transportation Facility : Company provide bus facility from VadodaraExperience : Minimum 7-10 yearsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;600,000.00 - &#8377;660,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Your Current Salary </li><li>Your Expected Salary</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Purchase - Metal fabrication: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
