</p><div><div>The <b>Managed and Charter Billing Associate</b> is responsible for providing timely and accurate invoices for standard managed and charter business with the assistance of the Lead. This position provides support as it relates to troubleshooting billing issues and/or handling day-to-day customer billing inquiries and payments. Managed and Charter Billing Associate

</p><div><div>The <b>Revenue Accounting Manager </b>is responsible for overseeing all aspects of client revenue recognition and maintaining accurate and timely revenue reporting. This role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Accounts Payable, FP&amp;A, and Legal to evaluate contracts and ensure proper accounting treatment. The position will also support the monthly close, audit processes, and development of revenue-related policies and procedures. Supervise the revenue close process as part of the monthly close cycle, ensuring deadlines are met
</div></li><li><div>Ensure monthly owner statement invoices are sent timely with collections follow-up based on contractual payment terms
</div></li><li><div>Prepare year end budgets to those owners that request them</div></li><li><div>
Perform month-end revenue accrual entries and unbilled clearing account reconciliations
</div></li><li><div>Review and interpret customer contracts to determine proper revenue recognition and owner statement invoicing treatment</div></li><li><div>
Manage and maintain revenue-related accounts, including deferred revenue, contract assets, and unbilled receivables</div></li><li><div>
Oversee general ledger activity related to revenue and perform account reconciliations</div></li><li><div>
Partner with Sales, Operations, and Legal to evaluate contract structures and revenue/invoicing implications</div></li><li><div>
Oversee Charter leaseback calculation to owner statements for those clients that charter</div></li><li><div>
Support the Director of Client Accounting in ensuring a clean and timely year-end audit, including preparation of revenue-related audit schedules</div></li><li><div>
Develop, document, and maintain revenue accounting close, owner statement preparation, distribution, and collection escalation processes</div></li><li><div>
Perform financial tail margin reporting and support business decision-making</div></li><li><div>
Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements related to revenue accounting and owner invoicing processes</div></li><li><div>
Supervise, train, and mentor assigned accounting staff, including performance management</div></li><li><div>
Advise accounting staff on non-routine or complex revenue transactions</div></li><li><div>
Assist with system implementations and enhancements (e.g., NetSuite, Expense Pulse, and revenue subledgers)</div></li><li><div>
Support the Director of Client Accounting with special projects and provide backup on key responsibilities as needed
</div></li><li><div>Perform other duties and assignments as required</div></li></ul><div><div>
Qualified candidates are required to have a Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting.</div></div><ul><li><div>
Minimum of 5+ years of accounting experience, with strong exposure to revenue accounting
</div></li><li><div>Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite preferred
</div></li><li><div>Strong understanding of complex revenue arrangements (e.g., service contracts, leases, aviation-related revenue streams)
</div></li><li><div>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
