 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 Minimum qualification(s) required:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High national diploma
 </li>
 <li>
 8 years of experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil &amp; Gas Industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy offshore execution construction companies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, Brownfield execution &amp; Commissioning, and Hook up, as applicable to the project scope.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of offshore facilities and structures, operations as applicable to a project scope.
 </li>

ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR

 We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Operations Director to lead the launch and operational ramp-up of a new Aerospace MRO facility in Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to establishing world-class maintenance capabilities, building high-performing teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance from day one. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in MRO operations and greenfield site development, with a strong understanding of regional aviation dynamics.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the planning, setup, and commissioning of the new MRO facility, including infrastructure, tooling, systems, and staffing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to ensure timely and compliant site delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and workflows from scratch.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recruit, train, and onboard key operational staff and technicians.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish relationships with regulatory bodies (GACA, EASA, FAA) to secure necessary certifications and approvals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee procurement and installation of MRO systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage day-to-day operations across maintenance, logistics, quality, and safety.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive operational excellence through lean practices, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all aviation safety and maintenance regulations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor financial performance and optimize resource utilization.

 </ul>
 Qualifications &amp; Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 15 years of experience in aerospace MRO operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in greenfield or brownfield site start-up projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and certification processes (GACA, EASA, FAA).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ERP/MRO systems and digital transformation initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

 Higher National Certificate (HNC), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechanical from a recognized institution.

 Extensive commissioning experience in oil &amp; gas projects.

 Strong construction management skills with effective communication and conflict?resolution abilities.

 Understanding of construction techniques for brownfield environments and wellhead facilities.

 Proficient in interpreting method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), construction schedules, and engineering drawings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Skilled in identifying potential issues and recommending practical solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to supervise a multi?disciplinary and multi?national workforce.
 </li>
 <li>
 Computer literate with strong written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of quality control, safety, and environmental requirements.

 Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as the company&rsquo;s representative at offshore worksites, ensuring all construction and installation activities are carried out safely and in line with project requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with operations teams for site access, work preparation, and hot?work requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise contractor activities for Electrical, Instrumentation, Fire &amp; Gas, DCS, ESD, and Telecom systems during offshore construction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review detailed design drawings, method statements, and material inspection documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct and oversee receipt inspections for Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecom materials; raise reports for damages or missing items.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare work permits and ensure compliance with the company&rsquo;s electronic permit?to?work procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend daily coordination meetings to review progress, constraints, and upcoming activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate personnel and material logistics with contractor representatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review contractor schedules, method statements, and job hazard analyses (JHAs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with contractor and HSE teams to ensure all construction activities follow approved procedures and safety requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise and approve activities including cable pulling, glanding, termination, loop checks, megger testing, cabinet installation, and field instrument installation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform or witness inspections in accordance with approved ITPs; sign inspection records and quality forms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct punch-list walkthroughs, raise items, and coordinate clearance activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve Mechanical Completion Certificates (MCCs).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain daily progress reports, highlight anomalies, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and submit daily and weekly progress reports; verify contractor progress claims for accuracy.
