 Airswift is seeking for a Commissioning Coordinator to work in Qatar with a major Oil &amp; Gas Company.
 
 
 
 
 Qualification
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Preferably with Diploma/Degree/Certificate in Engineering.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Must Have Experience:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years&rsquo; oil &amp; gas experience, including 7+ years in Completions / Commissioning coordination.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Mechanical Completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and turnover processes in large EPIC projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience developing and reviewing completions procedures, test packs, loop packs, and Mechanical Completion dossiers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage simultaneous activities and resolve interface issues across multi-discipline teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably Offshore O&amp;G experience.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Must Have Skills:

 Proficient in CMS tools such as Hexagon, OMEGA 365, or equivalent platforms, including:
 </li>
 <ul>
 <li>
 Systemization setup and administration
 </li>
 <li>
 Check sheet allocation, punch list management, data validation
 </li>
 <li>
 Turnover package compilation and tracking
 </li>
 <li>
 Database reconciliation with engineering revisions
 </li>
 </ul>
 </ul>
 
 Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, manage, and maintain the Completions Management System (CMS) for the entire project lifecycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administer and create/validate systemization, check sheets, punch lists, verification records, and engineering parameters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve contractor completions plans, procedures, test packs, loop packs, and completion dossiers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track completion progress and produce daily/weekly system status, punch list, and turnover reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure all deliverables satisfy requirements for RFPC, RFSU, and Final Handover Certificates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate Mechanical Completion (MC), pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities. commissioning, commissioning, and start up activities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate functional checks, loop tests, readiness for energization, system turnovers, and Punch List close out.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support development and implementation of system boundaries, completion strategies, and turnover execution plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure issues affecting commissioning or start up are escalated and resolved promptly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor contractor execution, verifying compliance with project requirements and QA/QC standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure preparation, review, and approval of all turnover packages and system dossiers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate red-line drawings, DCNs, subsystem boundaries, vendor documentation, System/Sub-system Mark-up Drawings and technical records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the end-to-end handover process, ensuring complete transfer of tools, equipment, software licenses, guarantees, and documentation to Operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain registers for punch lists, isolations/spading, overrides/inhibits, operator witness activities, and technical queries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and support PTW, JSA, isolations, and hazardous energy management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in SIMOPS reviews including emergency response and evacuation procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Notify stakeholders of high-risk activities and ensure safe execution in compliance with project standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support reviews of P&amp;IDs, SLDs, and ensure controlled access to operational areas.

 Key Job Accountabilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act in a designated Emergency Response role during incidents with responsibility for supporting the coordination, emergency mustering, search and rescue and shelter in place or evacuation of the facility under direction from the Incident Commander.
 </li>
 <li>
 Administratively support the implementation of the company permit to work system. Support the Brownfield Execution at Offshore, by providing oversight to execution teams ensuring appropriate PTW preparation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as single point of contact offshore for all PTW related execution activities and be the primary interface between Operations and the Brownfield execution Party for PTW related issues. Support all type of PTW audits and implement the recommendations within the stipulated period.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the securement of operational equipment to prepare OESS teams for facility shutdown and zero energy activity readiness. Assist in the execution of facility shutdown, isolation and zero energy demonstration activities (closing/opening valves, draining and depressurizing, N2 purge, LOTO isolation, leak/pressure testing, etc) of equipment to allow for safe handover of facility to contractor (CTR) to execute Brownfield work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead daily permit to work coordination meeting, update and circulate list of next day&rsquo;s/week&rsquo;s planned work activities with relative order and priority. Keep up-to-date daily register of PTW&rsquo;s, supplementary certificates, audits, and performance statistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with Brownfield Operations Supervisor on next day&rsquo;s permits for authorization ensuring no conflicts with any relevant (new) standing Instructions or operational situations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in the review of WHP and/or riser platform BF execution procedures and practices and makes recommendations for amendments and improvements. Oversee adherence to all EHS&amp;Q policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard company personnel and assets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the coordination of activities on-board (including SIMOPS activities) ensuring efficient and timely completion of work and all activities are completed safely as per the planned schedule.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support execution of leak test and deisolation as well as the safe restart of facilities post completion of Brownfield work as applicable.

 Knowledge and Key Skills

 8 years diversified Oil and Gas or Chemical Industry experience within Engineering, Operations or Maintenance in which 5 years at a supervisory level.
 </li>
 <li>
 3 years DCS process panel operator experience.
