 We are hiring four Shift Coordinators to lead operational shifts for onshore assets. The role involves managing LNG Trains, Sulphur Recovery, Utilities, and Offsite facilities, coordinating shutdowns, start-ups, and maintenance activities, and acting as Incident Commander during emergencies.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead shift operations to maintain optimum production levels.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage shutdowns, decommissioning, and start-ups of plant units.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse plant performance and coordinate with engineering and maintenance teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure procedural compliance and operational continuity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify training needs and support team development.
 </li>

 Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 10 years&rsquo; experience in Oil &amp; Gas operations, including 5 years as Shift Superintendent.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in English and MS Office.
 </li>

 Responsibilities:

 Lead commissioning of telecom packages and ICSS cybersecurity systems.

 <li>
 Monitor vendor activities including SAT, punch list clearance, and OTP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with IEC 62443 and internal cybersecurity frameworks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee network firewalls, L2/L3/L3.5 network implementation and troubleshooting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve commissioning deliverables and execution plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support offshore commissioning and start-up testing as required.
 </li>

 Requirements:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Applied Sciences or Engineering.

 Minimum 8 years of experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.

 Hands-on experience with telecom systems (RADIO, PAGA, CCTV, LAN/WAN).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with FO cable testing (OTDR, power meter).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of ICS networks, cybersecurity, and IEC 62443.
 </li>
