As we launch our AI-native platform, we need someone to bridge powerful AI capabilities with builders who haven't discovered their potential. Drive awareness and adoption of Airtable's AI features through authentic community engagement and content creation. Primary focus on Reddit (r/Airtable), expanding across Discord, Slack, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Airtable's community. You'll operate &quot;in the wild&quot; - engaging builders in their natural habitats, not corporate environments. Convert skeptics into believers through viral demonstrations and genuine helpfulness across diverse community cultures.</p>

What you'll do</b></h1>
<p><b>
Community Engagement &amp; Influence (60%)</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Daily presence in r/Airtable with active participation across Slack, Twitter, LinkedIn</li>
<li>Build relationships with power users in BuiltOnAir, NoCode communities, industry groups</li>
<li>Create platform-specific content matching each community's culture</li>
<li>Convert AI-skeptical builders through authentic interactions and demonstrations</li>
<li>Monitor sentiment and identify opportunities to showcase AI solutions organically</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Content Creation &amp; Demonstration (25%)</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Rapidly prototype working Airtable demos answering community questions</li>
<li>Create platform-native content: Reddit posts, Twitter threads, LinkedIn articles, YouTube tutorials</li>
<li>Develop viral demonstrations adapted for each platform</li>
<li>Host live building sessions and YouTube streams</li>
<li>Share genuine experiments and discoveries, building in public</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Strategic Community Building (15%)</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Identify and nurture relationships with influential community members</li>
<li>Bridge AI enthusiast communities to Airtable (r/ChatGPT, AI Discord, LinkedIn AI groups)</li>
<li>Be a resident Airtable expert in owned community</li>
<li>Coordinate with existing Airtable content creators</li>
<li>Track AI adoption sentiment shifts across platforms</li>
<li>Partner with Academy team for multi-channel enrollment drives</li>
</ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Who you are</b></h1>
<p>
You're known across multiple builder/technical communities with authentic engagement skills and quick tool mastery. You understand each platform's unique culture and can code-switch between helping solopreneurs in Discord and discussing enterprise architecture in professional Slack.</p>
<p>
You rapidly master new platforms, creating content that makes experienced users say &quot;I didn't know you could do that!&quot; You believe AI enhances human creativity and will demonstrate this through inspiring working examples.</p>

Minimum Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Active Reddit account with technical community engagement</li>
<li>Established presence on 2+ additional platforms (Discord, Slack, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok)</li>
<li>Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability</li>
<li>Daily AI tool usage (ChatGPT, Claude, niche tools) with creative applications</li>
<li>Content creation track record across different community cultures</li>
<li>Platform-specific engagement strategy expertise</li>
<li>Excellent technical communication for diverse audiences</li>
<li>Airtable expertise or eagerness to quickly develop it</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></h2>
<ul><li>Top contributor in r/Airtable or similar technical communities</li>
<li>Active BuiltOnAir Slack or professional Airtable community member</li>
<li>YouTube, TikTok, or platform presence with 5K+ followers and technical content</li>
<li>Community-led growth background at B2B SaaS companies</li>
<li>Moderator/admin experience across platform types</li>
<li>Airtable certification or extensive consulting experience</li>
<li>Conference or community speaking experience</li>
<li>Content strategy experience for AEO/GEO</li>
<li>Cross-cultural content adaptation skills</li>
